This particular Arby’s location is hidden in a cluster of gas stations and auto shops. As far as the food goes, it’s fine. Standard Arby’s food you can get at any location. What bring the rating down, is the staff, particularly management. I went to this location 3 times in a week, and the same girl was working everytime. I asked her how long her shifts were, and she said the could be anywhere from 8 – 13 hours long. She seemed to be around 16, yet it felt as though she was running the place. On top of that, she had to stand around all day in a building with no AC in the middle of summer. There was an error when paying for my food, and when the manager tried to fix the register, the girl had to do it for her. While the food and service was generally fine, places should never be run as this one was.

Went through the drive through. The order was filled correctly, but they almost forgot our dipping juice for our french dip sandwiches.

Don’t be fooled by the old and tattered«That 70’s Show» building. It may not be extravagant or modern, but that in no way impacts the quality of the food. I don’t see Arbys in the DC area often, so when one does come across my path, I have to stop in. And I’m so glad I did when I saw the sign on the highway. There’s something so scrumptious about a roast beef sandwich on that deliciously distinct sesame seed bun, all complimented well by some mouth-watering seasoned curly fries. Oh, those curly fries! My mouth. It’s watering. Pavlovian style. The drive-thru wait time was almost non-existent, the cashier at the window was great, and my meal was delivered hot. In terms of taste, it was absolutely everything I expected it to be. Mmmmm. I think I just had a moment. Definitely an oral pleasure I don’t regret paying for… yep, that just happened. Enjoy!
