Always excellent and fast service. Farmers market deep dish pizza is amazing. Love their deep dish pizzas. Best prices compare to the other restaurants around.

My boyfriend and I love the burgers and fries here, namely their«The Uno Burger» and the ultimate burger sauce that comes with it. I’ve also had their fish and chips and liked that very much as well. My boyfriend’s a bit of a pizza nut but was not impressed with Uno’s at all. He was surprised at how small it was for the price, and felt that it was dry and lacking in overall flavor. Granted, he tried it once and went right back to his typical order of The Uno Burger whenever we go. The service is usually quite excellent, better than many other places we visit.

My wife and I bring my 4.5 year old here every Tuesday. On Tuesdays kids eat FREE. Also, everyday they allow children to make their own pizza and supply them with colored dough to play with like Play Dough. We enjoy the deep dish pizzas and salads. Most times my wife and I pick from their 2 for $ 12 menu, which allows us to pick a small pizza and personal salad. The beer choices are adequate, if you’re into craft brew, you can find something. Service has always been good, usually going out of their way for our child, which is nice, because that’s not always the case elsewhere. In my experiences, this is a great place that everyone in my family can agree upon!

Service in the bar was great! Several managers walked by the table and never spoke or even acknowledged me. Pizza quality was probably the worst I have had at an Uno’s franchise. It was almost as if they literally poured water over the pizza. I didn’t try other menu items. But very disappointed in the quality of the food and being ignored instead of valued by management.

After moving to the area, my girlfriend and I discovered Uno’s. I had had Chicago style before but it was a first for her. We loved it so much that after just a few days, we loaded up the kids and went back to treat them. We were sat at our table fairly promptly. After ten minutes had gone by, and noticing two other tables get seated and have their drink order taken, we stopped a waitress and asked who our server was. She said she would find out. By that time, we were done. It’s not like it was packed in the place. The entire side along the outer wall was empty. She came back as we were packing up the kids to leave and told us who our server was and instead of him coming to at least take our drink order, he just stood over in the corner by the restrooms and continued to talk to another employee. It’s quite discouraging as we really enjoyed the place on our first visit. One bad server sure can ruin an opinion of an establishment.

I generally like the Pizza UNOs I’ve been to and while I still think they are a shadow of what they were a few years ago before they condensed the business down, they still make good food. This visit included my wife, my father in law and our 1.7 year old son. The fact that we got in and out within an hour without any hassle and a generally chill child is awesome. Thomas our server rocked and got everything we needed, even our kids meal out before anything else was ready so my son could focus on that.

We had a group of 16 celebrating a recent graduate from sheriff’s training on June 26. Uno did an outstanding job of serving the most delicious food and drinks. Of all the restaurants in Frederick, Uno on Urbana Pike, should be your first choice. Thanks to Manager, servers, bartenders and chefs, all of you have contributed to a very memorable day. Thank you

I came here yesterday evening(Mar. 27) because I have received a coupon from UNOs in my email on my birthday(St. Pat’s Day) stating that I get a free entreé, and decided to finally take advantage of it. Instead of eating at the establishment, I have phoned my order in. When I walked in to pick up my order, the ambience of the restaurant was good. It was a little bit quiet because the restaurant was not full, but I saw a few people eating. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant. She took my coupon and gave me my pizza. I wish I could remember her name. I ordered the create your own deep dish pizza. On it, I added pepperoni, sausage and chicken. For an individual(small) size pizza, the pizza’s pretty big and delicious!!! I enjoyed every last slice until today(leftover slices). I will come to Uno’s and dine in the establishment in the future.

So… was giving them another chance but ick… hair wrapped deep in my salad. The service was good and the staff was attentive. Someone elses hair in my food is never ideal. The manager was kind enough to remove it from the bill, still leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth… they were gracious about it all and i know its not the servers fault but ick. Before hair debacle, the pizza skins were good and the bites of my buffalo salad was good, couldnt bring myself to eat my pasta dish.. My mother enjoyed her salad and her chicken scampi. Im not sure at this point ill ever come back… Id like to give them another try but this is well gross.

My son and I ordered the Numero Uno deep dish pizza with green peppers, onions, crushed tomato sauce, and sausage. The pizza was very good, although it was rather small at 9″ in diameter. The high quality ingredients made for a yummy deep dish experience. The best part of the pizza was the dough. It had a flaky-buttery thing going that was exceptional. Overall, rather good pizza but expensive @ $ 20.00 for a 9″ pie that the two of us easily devoured. Don’t be fooled, this pie barely feeds two people, let alone 3 as advertised. We’ll be back when a coupon is available.

Food was ok, service was terrible. Was in on a Sunday evening with maybe a total of 7 tables occupied. Waitress was inattentive and getting a drink refill was like pulling teeth.

My deep dish pizza was so good as well as my salad. Not to mention my Sangaria was perfect, although service was HORRIBLE. We were stuck with a guy that had 3 tables but forgot everything we asked for. I’d go back and hope for a better server!

You don’t have to travel all the way to Chicago to get a slice of Chicago style pizza… Uno Chicago Grill has got us DC/MD people covered for this style of pie, and they make a great deep dish! I’m a big fan of their Classic Chicago style deep dish(the pie with the sauce on top). This location is clean, family friendly, and they make one heck of a pie!

Good pizza. Pricy. Personal pizza $ 12. If anyone is ever in S. E. Texas try Mazzio’s same quality and better priced. Excellent customer service. Mentioned to hostess this was our first visit here and management ended our meal with complimentary cookies for my party of three. Nice touch. I have had Geno East in Chicago there is a difference. Both are good in their own right.

This was the first visit to this location and just like the others I have been to it’s just as good. The número uno pizza was very tasty. Our waiter came back a few times to check on us which was great because some places the waiter disappears or comes back way too much. Definitely a good experience. Update(8÷2÷2015) While I’m still giving this location a 5 star review I should note while stopping at this location on this date there was a small issue with drinks. While attempting to order a Coronarita I was told by the bar tender that the majority of people who order them send them back because they aren’t good. The bar tender blames this on the mix that they use for the drink. I do appreciate the honesty, but one would think that if the majority of the product is getting sent back then why is this item still on the menu?

Got the bruschetta as an appetizer. It tasted bland. It was just tomatoes in some balsamic vinegar. Also got a thin crust BBQ pizza. It tasted okay. Needed some hot sauce and some red chili flakes to add some flavor. Maybe some parmesan cheese as well. Also ordered a burger. It was cooked to my liking, but it tasted dry. The fries were good though. The deep dish pizza was good. Crust was nice. Service was super slow. There were maybe two other parties and was not busy at all. Our server would say he would get us refills, but we were pretty much ready for the check when those came. I’d rather go across the street to the BJ’s or something.

I hadn’t been to Uno’s in about 10 years, after steadily declining quality ended in a horrible meal at the DC Union Station location. But we were craving something different and were on the way to Target so JV and I decided to order takeout. We looked at the online menu and found a 2 for $ 20 deal. I ordered the Numero Uno, which has all the fixins like pepperoni, sausage, peppers, and onions. JV got the Farmers Market, which has spinach, bacon, caramelized onions, and no sauce. He added chicken for no extra charge, which was awesome. Submitted the online order and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Pretty fast for 8 pm on Saturday night! Got my stuff from Target and went to pick up the pizzas. They do curbside but I’m not quite that lazy. Anyway, the takeout counter is right at the entrance. The cashier was very nice and thorough– she opened up each pizza to show me and make sure it’s what I wanted before putting it in the bag. She also asked how much cheese and pepper packets I wanted, which was cool because some pizza places are stingy with the parm! The Farmers Market pizza had the potential to be great but it was a bit dry, like it’s been left under a heat lamp too long. Or maybe that’s just because it doesn’t have sauce haha. My pizza was much better. I don’t usually like sausage but it I’ve always liked how well pairs with onions and peppers. Both pizzas had really flaky crusts and generous toppings. I give the food 3 stars. It’s no Geno’s East but it satisfied my craving for deep dish. This Uno’s gets any extra star for the prompt, friendly service. Worth checking out if you’re in the mood to order in.
