First time in and loved the pizza. I had gluten free crust with tomato basil sauce, mozzarella, ham, pineapple and sausage. It was the best gluten free crust I have ever had! My husband loved his too and he had regular crust. So far we’ve tried about 5 places in Frederick and this is our favorite.

After reading the reviews we decided to have pizza here. It was tasteless. This has never happened with any pizza before. Yuck! The staff was very nice and friendly; however, when we mentioned our disappointment it was not addressed. Won’t be back.

The pizzas are amazing, I’ve ordered from there many times and the staff really knows how to perfect everything they put their hands on!!!
The Greek salad is also amazing!
The manager Eric, is the best! Super nice and very helpful! Always get the best customer service from him, never have any issues and just very pleasant to deal with!

I know they are newly opened but I would have expected more than 5 reviews by now. Almost didn’t go in because of that but anyone who knows me, knows I wouldn’t turn down a potentially good meal. (Cracks knuckles) Let’s get to it!
So the idea is simple… choose an already crafted pizza or build your own. Its all made to order. I chose the steak and blue because let’s be honest, that combo just doesn’t disappoint. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. The crust had the perfect balance of chewiness and crunch. All the flavors paired so well. Savory & sweet can’t be beat in my books and if your wondering where the sweet came from that would be the balsamic vinegar that they drizzle fo shizzle. My husband built his own but wanted a white pizza. No worries! The guy making the pizza is a wizard. He told him he could definitely make it happen by using the ricotta spread. Needless to say, it came out great. I ate the entire 9in pizza and didn’t get the regretful «uuuuuhhh why did I eat the whole thing» feeling.
The employees here were definitely genuine with their customer service… every single one of them. Good food for a great price with awesome customer service. I mean what else could you ask for? Nothing… that’s what. Go check them out!

Seriously one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life. I will be going Mondays on the regular and trying different combos for the $ 5.99 Monday special. Delicious

Uncle Maddio’s pizza is good. The service I received from the pizza maker and cashier been good to date. I really liked their zesty bbq tomato pizza sauce! The only downside is that they do not offer unlimited toppings like another restaurant. Otherwise everything else they offer, the services and ambiance is great.

Bonus star because they know how to do the crust right. Went in earlier tonight (Sunday) relatively slow night for most restaurants but this place was completely empty. First sign we should’ve turned around. Second sign, staff was very rude, generally unwelcoming, unfriendly and unsanitary. Most build your own pizza joints I’ve been to like this require their staff to wear gloves. The guy making our pizza did not and laughed when my gf asked him if he had any.
The pizza itself was mediocre at best, the pizza sauce was very bland and uninspiring. All other toppings tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours/​days, stale veggies that showed signs of aging. We ordered the spicy Italian and split it. After the first bite I could tell something was wrong as my insides started fighting as if there were two midgets fighting in my tummy. The rest if the evening was spent watching said pizza come right back.
For the money and «quick pizza» scene Pie Five is a much better option and will not leave you getting/​feeling sick.
It will definitely be awhile before I return here, if at all.

The pizza is excellent the crust is tasty and crisp. The custom make the pizza in front of you the ingredients are fresh and great variety. 3 types of crust, 6 types of sauce and 48 toppings. Service was great food was quick and hot. Took the family and everyone got the individual pizza they wanted. Staffed greeted us gave us a run down on how things worked and made good recommendations manager checked on us to see if everything was good. All and all a great dinning experience with some really great pizza.

Build your own pizza. $ 7.99 for 3 toppings (9 inch). Pizza is great, comes out in less than 5 minutes. Your choice of sauce and cheeses (including vegan cheese). About time they came to Frederick!
