I came here to do homework and enjoy coffee, but the WiFi was horrendous and this is not the first time at this location. Frankly there are WAY better coffee places with much better service that I would rather spend my money at.

Hands down Starbucks WOULD BE my go to morning coffee run if it wasn’t so darn expensive, like no I’m not going to pay 5 $ for a grande frappé. It tends to take forever whenever I go there too, I always have to plan for 10 minutes waiting time. If only Starbucks could have more specials or even lower prices so many customers would be happy, even though I know it’s not the store individually but the company, it’s just a personal review. Love the flavor of everything though, always tastes so fresh and real.

I can’t say enough great things about the people here. I always do mobile order since I usually work 12 hour days. My drink and breakfast are always ready, and the baristas are always polite and attentive!

my favorite Starbucks in Frederick. it actually seems to me like it’s the busiest one as well. anyway I go through the drive thru here once a day. sometimes twice (no shame) most of the employees know me and are extremely friendly and helpful & if my drink or a drink I’m picking up turns up wrong they are always happy to fix it. I appreciate the kindness and great attitude cause sometimes the drinks I order can be a pain in the ass :)

So nice! I ordered and the barista fronted me the change from what I was over. I thought the app would go negative and then just take it out when it loaded so I didn’t bring anything in with me. Salted caramel mocha is awesome!!!

Not a bad place to meet since its convenient for me. Sometimes they play the music too loud but they are responsive when I asked that it be turned down a little. Parking could be a problem at busy times. Good selection of pastries.

I don’t come through Frederick often anymore but when I do I like to go through the drive thru here. I used to come here bi weekly until I moved. My last visit here, yesterday, I was stressing out while in the drive thru because I was on the way to the DMV (yikes right?) and I forgot to specify I wanted my drink iced. When I got to the window, I told the young woman at the window my mistake, but just asked for a cup of ice (I needed caffeine, stat!) she was kind and told me that wouldn’t taste as good insisted on remaking the drink for me. It made my day that she was so nice about it… AND it was seriously the best drink I’ve had from a Starbucks in awhile! Perfect!

In a city with so many independent and superior coffee shops, It blows my mind to see so many cars wrapped around every Starbucks in town. It would make more sense to me if it were cheaper, but in many cases prices for these fast-​food drinks are higher than the indie-​crafted options.
Starbucks coffee is drinkable, but completely unnecessary. Go to Dublin Roasters, Baltimore Coffee and Tea Company, The Main Cup, Gravel and Grind, Café Nola, Frederick Coffee Company, or any other locally owned spot. The options are there, and the product is better.

Coffee addictions are hard to break. What’s not to love about a run of the mill Starbucks? Over priced like they all are, but that is expected of course. Still love the place and my vice.

Short and sweet. Everyone is always friendly when I come here. I live in the area and visit at least once or twice… And depending on how crazy my kids drive me that week, maybe more per week! My drink is always fabulous and if I ever have an issue they are ready to remedy the situation. Thank you to everyone there for helping my sanity with three crazy kids!

I’ve been to this location 3 times now, and not once have they gotten my order right — food or drink! Today was by far the worst. Drive thru person lied to me and claimed I didn’t know what my drink was supposed to look like when I told her it wasn’t right. Had to go inside and ask them to remake it since she refused. Kid inside did a great job and was very apologetic… all the while the drive thru girl and original barrista stood there rolling their eyes! Ridiculous!

I’m a big fan of starbucks drinks so as long as they are made correctly I am pretty easy to please hete. This location always makes my order exactly how I ask for it with very little wait. The drive thru line can get a little bit ridiculous, but the inside line is usually not bad. There is limited seating.

Starbucks is the best place to relax and do work it’s nice and quiet and there WiFi is fast! The ice coffee is best! And good prices.

Stopped at the Starbucks for a drive through coffee. Big mistake! Took them 10 minutes to brew our two coffees with 3 biriatas which weren’t even made correctly!!! We don’t even know what one of the grandes were, some concoction but it definitely wasn’t a caramel macchiato. When we asked ‘which was which’ upon actually receiving the drinks, the girl said she didn’t have any idea, to just look at the cup. Such rudeness is not typical of Starbucks. If you’re going to take a long time for something, you could at least be a little bit more personable.
There was no line inside or outside. Waste of time. Go somewhere else! If we had the time and patience and I would demand a free drinks for both of us after we drove away and tasted the drinks. But I do have Unilocal ready! :)
