As far as inventory, this place is the bees knees, but when it comes to customer service, the employees could use more training. I walked into Sky’s The Limit today and there was only one other customer in the store. The sales girl didn’t acknowledge me at all. No hello. No welcome. Nothing. While the customer she was assisting did seem a bit chatty and indecisive, I felt totally ignored. There was an abundance of beautiful turquoise jewelry that I was more than happy to purchase, but it was locked up in the case and there was no one to assist. Actually, wait, there WAS someone in the back of the store, presumably in the office, that maybe could have helped me, but she didn’t come out and the young lady didn’t call her to assist me. Alas, it was such a waste. I loved so many of their pieces and was looking forward to buying quite a bit of them. I will give it another chance at a later time. Hopefully the staff will be a bit more receptive to ALL their potential customers.

I’m not one to write a bad review but I didn’t have a good experience here. My dear husband bought me a shirt and jewelry for a present. He bought it about 2 weeks before he was going to give it to me so when I went to return it because it was a little small and not really my style they said no. I had the receipt and the tags were still on the shirt but their exchange policy is a very slim timeframe from when you buy it. He spent $ 80 on this shirt and $ 30 on earrings(which I love) — you would think they would let me at least exchange it for something of similar value, but nope. I explained very nicely the situation and the woman who helped me was rude and said«there is nothing I can do, that’s just our policy.» For a «high-end boutique» I wasn’t impressed.

I saw so much I liked in here but wasn’t able to buy anything because of the prices. I’m cheap, so I’m most likely not going to pay $ 60 for a dress. They do have a wonderful selection for such a tiny place, so if I save up next time, I’ll definitely pop in and try not to be such a cheapskate.

Got a very cute dress here. It was on sale, so bonus! I liked the selection. It was a good mix of bohemian pieces with more girly things too and there were a lot of dresses. Definitely not a high-end boutique(prices ranged from $ 30 to under $ 100), but also not a place where you’ll spend less than $ 30. I, personally, love that price range because you end up getting a little better quality items but not shelling out dough for label names. I definitely will go back and I’m kicking myself for not going in there before.

I wasn’t floored by Sky’s the Limit. They had some cute clothes mostly in the hippie-esque style, but the prices were much higher than the other stores we visited in Frederick. I wasn’t wholly impressed with anything and the one thing I thought was cute was still $ 70. Not worth it.
