Five Guys Burgers and Fries

I don’t really eat ground beef but I come here just for the fries. theyre fresh to order and almost always hot. Also, they give you a TON of fries in a large order. Literally feels like 3 pounds!

Expensive and loud. these must be Five guys signature staples, cause they are always so loud I need earplugs.
As so far as quality goes, it’s not too bad; much better than McBurger Rogers. I know they are gunning for that covenant «premium QSR» status that all the yuppies, and hipsters love, but I just don’t see it.
And with that «premium QSR» status. comes premium $$$. And like every other Five Guys I’ve been to, this one is no different. You want a burger, fries and a drink, expect to shell out $ 10+ for it.
While, I’m not suppose to say this, but as a former mystery shopper who was routinely assigned here, I have to note, noise, quality and pricing is consistent among all Five Guys in the area.
I had hoped Elevation Burger would finally give me an alternative to Five Guys for a higher level of QSR burger joint, but it has failed me as much as Five Guys has. I’d suggest, going across the street and giving SmashBurger a try and skip Five Guys.

So the guy working the grill just totally sneezed twice on everything and then looked around to see if anyone noticed. A++++ would vomit again…

Excellent service and food!!! The burger joint is place in a nice strip mall close to the interstate. The décor is pretty standard for a Five Guys restaurant. I also felt like I got my money’s worth on fries at this location.

If i could give a negative rating to this place, i would. Ive gone in on at least 2 occasions where they were out of pickles, weird but not that big a deal, right? Today i walked in, was rang up and then informed that they didn’t have rolls. Seriously? Rolls? You’re a burger place. You are required to have two items in stock… burgers and rolls. And no, i don’t want my burger in a lettuce wrap! The service is generally good but I would say the management needs to step it up. Seriously.

I have been to this location several times and never have any problems. The employees are always friendly and talkative. I have never had any issues with my food. Everytime it tastes great!

Couldn’t ask for a better burger, I always get the bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños which are nice and spicy. Don’t mind paying a little more for quality and they definitely have it.

It’s five guys… it deserves five stars. Seriously though, this place is great. They were open late on New Year’s Eve and I appreciate it. When you need a good burger, these guys are there for you.

The service is fast and the food is great. Very clean store and probably the cleanest restroom I have ever seen in any restaurant fast food. They have a big seating area out side.

This five guys seems a little stingy the food was great however normally when you order fries you can’t even think of hiding to finish in this case I finished them because there’s only enough to going to the little bucket also we found ourselves eating with one napkin or normally a burger of this size you need if you just clean yourself up the food was great so I recommended just asked for more fries

It’s Five Guys. You get a juicy, delicious burger. You get some hot boardwalk fries. You get some napkins. Lots of napkins. You chow down on the best «fast food» burger known to man. You enter a food coma. Done.
What makes this location unique is the nice outdoor seating area, which few Five Guys have.

I have gotten food twice from this place. Since it is 5 minutes from my house, the burgers and fries are still hot when I get them home, so I do carryout.
First of all, the food is good quality, and the place is no-​nonsense. You order your burger, cheese burger or bacon burger — then whatever toppings you want are free. The fries are like «beach fries» cooked in peanut oil — yum. (But usually need extra salt). They always toss an extra scoop of fries in the bag, so be prepared. Good quality food, and name brand toppings, and a few other items, like hotdogs or a straight up veggie sandwich (not a veggie patty — just veggies on a bun).
Tonight was first time I went on a weekend, and I was disappointed. There were a few issues with service, and the food quality suffered. BUT! I talked to the manager — a man named Will– and he not only made it right, he apologized and told me to ask for him next time, and he would make sure everything was perfect! THAT is excellent customer service, and honestly, that bumped them back up to a 5. Anyone can make a mistake, especially since they are new, and maybe in training. But he handled it like a pro, and in exchange he has a happy customer who will be back. Maybe even next week!
