Always a good experience. Typical of this chain. No complaints. Service good food good.

Their curbside carry out is terrible. We waited for over 30 minutes longer than the time we were told or food would be ready. They offered no apology. Then, upon arriving home, we discovered they forgot my friend’s entrée. Unacceptable. I won’t go there again.

Chain restaurant, but I expected more. I had veal Marsala and it was so bad that I couldn’t eat it. The chicken soup was good. Bread was fresh and they give you oil with spices for dipping.

The most annoying, non relative music ever played in a restaurant setting. 15 minutes to get a drink… another 10 minutes to get ice in that drink. Calamari overloaded with pepper, and overlooked. I’m writing this while still waiting on a Caesar salad so I haven’t even gotten to the entrée!lol Carrabbas won’t lose me as a patron, but THIS Carrabbas definitely has… and did I mention I haven’t even received the entrée yet?!

They are getting pricey. New menu changed and some of the ten and twelve dollar items have totally disappeared. Minimum price to order an entrée is $ 15.95. I find that too much when I used to get Pic Pac Tag for 12.00. Too bad, I really like Carrabba’s but they are getting too expensive for me. The lasagna was okay but I would not rave over it. I had specific things I liked from the old menu and now they are gone. Sniffle.

All of the food we ordered was really good. The menu is surprisingly pricy. Husband had steak and potatoes, son had steak, my daughter and I shared calamari and several other appetizers. I really liked the goat cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

Here’s my issue with this place. We’ve been there 3 times now. The first time it was great all around. The last 2 times we’ve had the same server, Jessica, and it’s just not been as good as it was on that first visit. The food is pretty decent still, but she’s just left us feeling like we didn’t have a server that really cared to make sure we had a good experience. Between the last two visits we’ve had to flag down other employees for refills, to ask where our salads our, to get our check, etc. The last time was the worst, I think we were her last table on her shift and she seemed visibly upset that we wanted to order some tiramisu, even rolling her eyes. It wasn’t even close to closing so we were a bit put off by this. We may come back in the future because we DO enjoy the food and ambiance and with it being close to the Home Depot we shop at all the time it’s nice, but we’ll absolutely request a different server from now on.

some people I hear like this place, but I never hear loves. Nor do I hear of people that go here much. I’ve been a couple times and it’s decent. Food is better then the service but not by much. May be the location?

Minus the time that the waiter spilled the drinks on my lap(God bless him-it was his first day!) I have had consistently good experiences here. It’s remarkably diverse for a chain restaurant, and the bread here is to die for. I’ve always been visited by a manager at some point during my meal. Always consistent. This is a regular spot for me since I live fairly close.

The service was friendly however my son ordered mussels that tasted funky. I don’t think they went bad however the lemon sauce that they marinate in had a consistency and taste of a urinal cake. The other dishes we had were average. For the money we felt we should have received more value.

The best thing about this place is the friendly staff. I don’t mean over the top friendly, but just genuinely pleasant and nice. The person who I went with even did the whole«dressing on the side, substitute this, do you think the bartender can make this weird drink that we like.» I thought we were doomed, but the waitress was still friendly and we even got props from the staff on the drink we ordered. We both left the place super pumped on the staff. So that was great, but the cherry on top is that I forgot my credit card with the bill(but for the first time ever remembered the take away box). This was a problem because I was just passing by from out of town. When I called them up, they offered to ship the card back to me. I agreed and they insisted in sending it overnight even though it wasn’t necessary. Objectively, this was maybe not the best decision on my part, but it worked out just fine and I love these guys even more because of it. The food itself was average. I don’t mean that as a veiled insult. I just mean the food gets a 3⁄5 stars and I would eat there again. It’s a chain so I imagine this is pretty standard across the other locations. There are not any exciting vegetarian options, but there was at least one pasta dish that was veggie. The signature salad with shrimp and scallops was pretty good and I would probably order that again if I wind up in another Carraba’s So in summary: Awesome people, good enough food, well worth the visit.

Great service! Very polite, very cordial, always ready to help. Good always good. Only drawback is the wait and sometimes the bread is not fresh. Try pasta carabba or pasta weenie. Lobster ravioli is good but portion is small. Salads are wonderful.

Love this place. House salad is yummy… Served on a nice cold plate. Love any of the marsala entrees. Margarita pizza is the best I’ve ever had. Their blackberry sangria is also very good. My husband and I come here all the time because it’s always very good. Service is excellent as well.

I met my 2 cousins that I haven’t seen in years at this Carrabas on a Friday evening. We ordered drinks and appetizers and a meal. We sat for hours reminiscing, laughing, it was a wonderful evening… until we decided to have one more drink. The waiter disappeared, comes back and says he can’t serve us. It is alcohol awareness week. We looked at him in disbelief ! We will never go back. I should have known when I called and there was no wait. We had consumed one drink an hour with a lot of food. My cousins were from out of town and I was so embarrassed for taking them to Carrabas. It will never happen again!

Normally, my Unilocal reviews are 1OR5. You only get one time to impress me or not. Today is an exception because someone stepped up to save the day. My fiancé and I wanted a change from our normal Friday routine(pizza or hoagie). We stopped in to this location and were seated immediately. But then we waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us. Even a manager walked by us. Eventually two young ladies stopped to ask if we had been helped. I asked for management and he came to us right away knowing our frustration. He apologized for the wait because the restaurant was only about ¼ occupied. He offered us a free app and I suggested a dessert instead. He went further to ask if he should comp our entire meal. We said NO. When presented our check, he comped our meals. We weren’t asking for that, I fact all we wanted was to be served. So while the food is not as great as I used to think, the service was ok. The manager truly saved the day as I would have given them a 1 star had he not done everything right to rectify us being ignored. I will give it another try.

I’m usually hesitant to go to chain places like this for obvious reasons but Carrabbas is one of the better options out there. We have eaten there 4 times now, utilized the curbside option twice and have zero complaints. Out of the times we dinned in we sat at the bar once, tables the other times and the service has been perfect every single time. The food has always been great from the apps to the main dishes. I absolutely love their red sangria which is pretty pricey for a pitcher but worth it if you are planning to have a few glasses or share. But yeah, solid dinner spot for the fam or for date night or a great place to grab drinks and snacks before heading to a movie.

Consistently good food and service. The menu just changed so all new goodness to try. We really enjoyed the aroncini appetizer and almost always get a calamari with both the lemon and the red sauces on the side. I had the Roccos salad with tasty scallops and shrimp. Good portion and nice shaved cheese to add a little salty twist. The best part was the trio dessert of tiramisu, cake with pineapple topping and brownie chocolate cake. Yum. Consistently good.

Car side carry out is the WORST! Waited in my car for 30 minutes. Staff member said they were waiting for my fettuccine alfredo. Complained to the manager, she gave a weak apology and a coupon for $ 8 off for next time… wow, so impressed. Too bad there won’t be a next time!

I always enjoy eating at Carrabba’s. My favorite item on the menu is the Zucchini Fries. The food is really good for the price. Our server was very attentive — couldn’t ask for more.

Standard Italian food that from a chain restaurant is done well. I have eaten here a couple times and I haven’t had any complaints. The calimari and veal marsala are my favorites. I have never had to wait for then a couple minutes, and the atmosphere is great for a date night. I don’t know how much of a kids menu they have.
