Pizza Hut

This place is the absolute worst!!! Just was there to dine in and after an hour of waiting for my food the waiter come over and says they’re just a bout to make out pizza!!! Are you kidding me… and they weren’t even busy. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all …

I wasn’t able to read the ratings but I must say We have dealt with this Pizza hut for food, birthday parties, and fundraising and 99% of the time everything is correct and the food is warm. The people are courteous and caring!

I’m with Haider in this one. Customer Service is ****TERRIBLE****
On my last (and final) visit, they got my order wrong — only made 3 of my 4 pizzas. When I got there and pointed out the mistake, the guy (Dan) spent 5 mins figuring out what happened (speaking to kitchen staff, other employees, etc.) while I stood there fuming. He Finally comes back over (no apology or explanation offered) and asks me if I wanted to wait while they made my 4^th pizza?
Did I want my order made correctly?!? Um, YES. How bout you get the rest of my order started & THEN figure out what went wrong? (Btw, we were having a bunch of people over cuz I don’t order 4 pizzas just for myself.)
So. you can probably guess. Dan leaves my 3 done pizzas out on the counter getting cold for the 15 minutes it takes them to complete my order and had an attitude when I asked him to place them in the warming oven. At any rate, 3 pizzas came home cold & congealed, one came home made sloppy. NO APOLOGIES & NO DISCOUNTS.
UGH, Pizza Hut is my Favorite pizza joint, but just NOT this location. I now go out of my way to other Pizza Huts to avoid this hole.
Don’t even get me started on the surely manager (Denise) and her lack of a response when you complain about something being wrong… She actually ARGUES. How does this place stay in business?

The pizza isn’t bad. I recommend it for take out. The service for dine in means I will never go back. I was seated behind a partition away from the other patrons dispute there only being 5 occupied tables. They then left me there at a sticky table with several ants crawling on it for 15 minutes. Finally, I got up and walked to the cash register to pay for my soda and leave (at that point they didn’t deserve my money). The staff blew the whole thing off by saying they thought I wanted privacy. Yet no one asked and I never said any thing. They then expected me to order. Well I expected an apology, so no one got what they wanted. Go to Ledo’s. they treat you better
