Was unsure about this place, but finally decided to stop in… wish I didnt!!! I ordered the caprese panini, way too much oil, was not put in a press but rather thrown into the pizza over. Result… barely warm soggy oily sandwich. I should have canceled and walked out, after I ordered and noticed all the pizza slices for sale are in the case right behind glass but NOT UNDER WARMERS. There was also a large tray of what appeared to be crumbled sausage just setting on the table, not in an ice bath, not refrigerated and NOT covered. Cant imagine this place would pass an inspection from the health department!!! I absolutely will never go back here nor would I recommend anyone go either!!!

Total fail, no delivery driver available.
Up to 5 day wait for my refund.
Better call the restaurant direct.
If you make your buisness available on an app you should have the personnel to handle it.
Advertising with out investing to follow through on a possible influx of orders is bad buisness.
Update, the refund was immediate so the after taste to my experience is a little better

Worst food I can recall in recent times. My caesar salad had no parmesan cheese and no caesar dressing, it had cherry tomatoes and diced olives for some reason though. The tiramisu was frozen rock solid, inedible and nowhere near the «homemade» quality advertised. Our eggplant parmigiana was penne pasta floating in tomato sauce, I am not sure if I should all it a soup or a stew but it was not any eggplant parmigiana I have seen before and had a pretty awful taste of canned tomatoes, went into the garbage. At least I got a little bit of amusement from my order, They included the end peace of a baguette which was old enough for me to make a quick video clip hammering a nail with it :)

I made a delivery order and much to my surprise it was awesome.
As a long distance truck driver sometimes it’s difficult to get to a restaurant. I searched and found Sorrento Village within ½ mile of my location.
I made an online order and special instructions where I was parked. I received an email saying order was placed and it would be delivered within 45 – 60 mins.
I looked at the order status which had a counting timer saying order was received and that would be delivered within 45 mins.
Well 31 mins and a few seconds the driver called and he was here
Great service and great pizza
Will highly recommend

Was in hotel getting cabin fever, so I decided to stroll out to eat some Italian. Lucked up, that this was around the corner. More of a carry out/​delivery type location, even if they have seats. The food (lasagna) came fast, and hot. Very good food, and a super reasonable price ($ 10 for lasagna and a drink). It’s enough food that I’ll take the rest home.

Pizza had no flavor I bought a supreme. The veggies were fresh so that was nice everything was very bland. The employees were nice and the gave me a cup for a drink while I waited. I went for the flavor of the food not a free drink I won’t be back.

The food is good. I ordered delivery twice with free delivery coupon and the delivery guy still tried to charge me for delivery and did not include the receipt. I confronted him the second time and he gave me the deer in the headlight look. Beware!!!

Stopped in today to grab lunch, as I work down the street. Under newer ownership or name change. Italian options, salads, paninis, pasta, pizza, etc. went with an Italian chicken veggie panini and it was great! I usually drive a little further to other local delis but this place offered a great value at approx $ 6.50 for a sandwich filled with freshly grilled white meat chicken and fresh veggies. Looking forward to picking up a salad in the future. Staff was friendly and food was solid! A/​C is not great but still a 4 star lunch today.

Ordered take out to our hotel. Worst meal I have ever had. Pizza, terrible ($ 3.25 per topping would have been ok if they actually put the toppings in the pizza). The rest of the meal was disgusting. We will never eat there again!

I must say I have dined at Sorrento’s many times and their pizza has always been the BEST PIZZA I’ve ever had in my whole entire life! I can also must say that I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with their food and service.

I love Sorrentos– Im not sure what these others are talking about. Maybe they were rude to the servers or are bad tippers… Anyway-Sorrento’s catered my company Christmas party for 3 separate locations. The food was fantastic and they also sent servers to help with portion control to make sure everyone got food (we are a fairly large company). Everyone at the company loved the food and asked if they will cater again next year. The catering menu has many options for whatever type of party you are catering for. Also the managers know what they are doing, so I asked their opinion on what foods and packages I should order. In a total of almost 400 people the catering went off without any problems. I would highly recommend them!

Our service was very good. On Tuesday, they is a half-​priced buffet special (as long as you order a drink). The buffet includes iceberg lettuce salad, two soups, 3 pizza options, 2 pasta options and several vegetable side dishes. Everything I tried was pretty good, but nothing better than I would normally pack for munch myself. I think this was the first time I have ever had mashed potatoes and deep dish pizza together, which was a fun thing to check off the bucket list.
There are deserts waiting for you when you are done with the main course. Or, I guess there is pizza waiting for you when you finish your cake.

We have always enjoyed the food here but for the last couple of visits the place has gone down hill. Over the last year or so we have noticed the decline in business. A few times we were the only diners in the restaurant, once on a Saturday night which should be busy. I feel that due to the fact they don’t have enough customers they are trying to cheat people. The last 2 times we dined here we had problems with payment. The first time we were overcharged and our bill needed to be corrected. The last time, the restaurant ran the charge for our meal twice and I am having a nightmare of a time getting my money back from our credit card company. The food was also not up to par. They changed the steak dinner to include a tomato sauce on top of the meat to hide inferior quality meat. Stay away from this place!

Went here for the lunch buffet with a coworker. The food isn’t all that bad, but it was mostly just typical pastas that you could easily make just as good yourself, some pizza, and a salad bar. The desserts were boring and not very tasty. The wait staff was friendly, though, so that’s a definite plus.

If your looking for a nice place to take your girlfriend for lunch and drinks… this is NOT the place. Drinks were watered down and horrible. Server over charged us for the «special» drinks of the day. We tried many drinks, including the margarita, the long island, a gin martini, etc all were horrible and tasted like little or no alcohol in any of them… INCLUDING THE MARTINI!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!! Seriously… dont go here. And it was expensive… and they tried to charge me twice. Finally, its located in sleaze-​ville.

I’ve been here twice so far.
Went once in December for my boyfriend’s sisters babyshower and we had a buffet style lunch. I never expect much from buffets and his family knows I am a picky eater. So I went and got my plate and sat down. Now I have never liked Fettucine Alfredo before but I decided to try it since it was a buffet and all and dear God, it was amazing. I kept going back for more.
Last Friday my bf and I went there again to try it out for dinner. It was nice and empty, only about 4 tables filled on a Friday night. There was one waiter and one bus boy. The services was adaquet, nothing special, but again the food was great. I got the fettucine Alfredo again and my bf got the Parm Chicken. He loved it!
We def will be going back. Price wasnt too bad. Got 2 meals and an appetizer for 38 bucks.

After a rare weekday off the girl & I had together, it was time to hit up the Sorrento’s lunch buffet for the first time in YEARS.
I’ll keep this update simple. The buffet is still very good for the price. All kinds of pasta, pizza, & even broasted chicken which was my personal favorite. Oh yeah, lots of salads too. I’ll definitely go back the next chance I get.
