Awful, awful, awful. Filthy tables full of dirty dishes, noodles that are partially cooked and clumped together, and my child’s «gluten free» Mac and cheese had 7 regular noodles sprinkled in it. Hers is a GI issue and she’s old enough to know not to eat it — but for a child with an allergy or celiac, this could be very serious. The manager was a deer in headlights and had no solution, other than to say«We’re short staffed». We will never be back and will be calling corporate office.

I’m not s big fan of chain restaurants, but this place was pretty good. The décor is modern with clean uncluttered lines. It kind of reminds me of a small Panera Bread. The young lady at the front counter seemed really knowledgeable and pleasant, she wasn’t your typical fast food employee. I had the beef stroganoff, with noodles and an unsweetened iced tea. The beef was very tender and the sauce had a nice flavor, but there could have been a little bit more sauce. The Ice-T was also very good. If I run across another one of these restaurants I will definitely stop in.

They need to work on keeping the dining room clean. Always dirty tables at the Frankfort location. Nice staff though. Last few times we have been getting burnt food. I returned my potstickers. Worst I’ve had from them. It appeared that they were just flatten on a panini grill and left on too long. They were burnt in spots and flat as a pancake. Management handled very well and just credited back my card. We were wondering why the same bar stool has been out of service since they opened with a tacky sign on top. How hard could it be to get the stool repaired. They also have tables toward the restrooms that are too shaky to sit to dine. We switched tables as well as several others in the short time we were there.

That service and food is good, but this is the second time I find a strand of hair in my food, I can tell is not mine because is black and my hair is blonde

Terrible food. Maybe I’m just not a fan of this kinda thing. It just seemed tasteless and boring. First time and last time I’ll eat there.

I really hate to give them such a low rating. I went in with high expectations because I know quite a few people that enjoy the food here. I tried their food once about 6 yrs ago in a downtown Chicago location and thought I remembered liking it. I found that my experience today was less than enjoyable. I will say we got the food to go, but ate it promptly as we live in the area. I ordered the penne rosa without mushrooms which unfortunately came delivered to me with them added. I picked them out and moved on. The pasta was average at best and bland. I did like the taste of the meatballs I had them add, but they were the consistency of frozen. I would say though, that they were the best part. I also ordered a Wisconsin Cheesesteak with no mushrooms. I almost enjoyed that but I made the mistake of assuming it would be shaved steak or something rather than big chewy chunks. I was not a fan and I would not order that again. The Caesar side salad that came with the sandwich was pretty much what you would get out of a bag from Jewel. It was fine. My friend ordered the BBQ pork sandwich and had the Japanese Pan Noodles with no mushrooms. Other than the random mushroom that snuck its way into the dish, he was mostly satisfied. he would give them a 3 for what he received. All in all, I may go back and get mac and cheese, because that can’t really be messed up. I will say the girl that took our order was very nice and went out of her way to explain the menu in detail for us. I will try them again because I feel like I must be missing something.

I am a pasta loving person so Noodles and Company is right up my alley. It’s not the best pasta in the world but they have a fairly decent menu, lots of choices on how to mix it up, good beverages and some really good desserts lately. I never want to cook and my wife isn’t enthralled with it it either so this is a good alternative when neither of us can muster the desire to cook up a dinner. The staff that works here is very friendly and the place is usually clean. Food can be, however, extremely salty. Take care of that and it’s a great place.

4 star review for being good at what they do… slightly different twist on fast food that offers some healthier options and a variety other than meat and potato. Tomato soup is yummy: get an order of their meatballs to toss in for a meatball sammich soup(my new invention!) Plain ol’ buttered noodles are tasty with their lacquered-looking Parmesan cheese chicken added in. The beef stroganoff is good, too. Always a sucker for the drink machines with the eleventy-three flavor options, and I do like that they have interesting condiment choices and to-go boxes at the ready. The outdoor patio is actually kind of pretty, looking at some green space instead of right at the roadway. Service has always been impressive: friendly and fast and even going out of their way to replace an item that just wasn’t quite what was expected(at no charge.). So, is this 4 star dining? Of course not. But if you’re looking for fast options in a spotlessly clean location with great service and different flavor profiles, it does all of that quite well.

I have literally never gotten worse service at a restaurant in my life. First the cashier was rude. My wife asked for a large Mac and cheese. She snidely said, you mean regular? As if she couldn’t deduce that large meant not small and in all likelihood the larger or regular size. Then, we waited 35 minutes for Mac and cheese, meatballs, Thai curry soup and Chinese salad. When the food came the Mac cheese had cooled into a nice block. The Thai curry soup was cold and the salad was now a Chinese-Greek fusion salad with a mix of ingredients from both. The meatballs were delicious, well I can only assume they were since we never actually got them. We asked for a manager an were told she was on the phone. Finally, she spoke to us. She apologized. My wife said, I know you’re having a rough night. She responded«my last night, they will know in the morning.» Ha! I won’t stop eating at noodles due to my weakness for Thai curry but I won’t be going back to this one any time soon.

Ordered a bunch of food for the Significant Other and I. The food was great and ready when I got there. The only problem was, they forgot the rice crispy treat. I am not one to call and complain, but instead of the hero that brought home dinner, I was the chump that forgot to get a dessert. Now she has broken up with me, I have lost my job, I keed, good food, good service, just don’t forget the rice crispy next time.

This is a nice place. A step above afast food like McDonalds. Not much better if I had the penny Rosa, it has a little spice to it which is nice. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite. Maybe even on your lunch hour.

Online ordering at this location is spot on and food is always ready and hot for when I walk in. I prefer the Italian-inspired dishes over the Asian-inspired. No, this isn’t Italy but it sure isn’t Olive Garden either. Take a chance on this Quick service Restaurant.

I remember trying one of these years ago and liking it. In hindsight I had bad taste in several areas over the last few years. I stopped in after work the other day to grab a quick dinner and was beyond disappointed. I ordered a small hummus plate(I’ll come back to this), a pasta bowl with Parmesan chicken and a lemonade. For starters my total was over $ 15. I didn’t mind until I got home and saw what that amount of money got me. Garbage! The hummus plate was literally a container of a few old veggies and 2BROKEN(in a million pieces) crackers and 1.5 tablespoons of hummus. It was a total joke. The pasta was average(for fast food). I will never stop here again. For another $ 10 I can go to Dancing Marlin.

This was just so-so. Never been to a noodles and company. Staff very nice and helpful. Food was slow to arrive for«fast food.» My kid got buttered noodles and they were sitting in a pool of butter and olive oil. He was complaining of heart burn before we left. Ha! Husband got the whole wheat pasta w veggies. Bland. I got Japanese pan noodles which were pretty good but nothing to write home about. Soup was ok. Floor was really dirty. Prices decent. Will we be back? Probably to give it another chance.

I am not a big fan of chains but I am even less a fan of cooking so checking out the new restaurant in Frankfort was reason enough to visit. I had only been to one other Noodles & Company, years ago, and I hadn’t been impressed. This was a much better experience. This location is cozy and squeezed into the area that Marianos has made the happening corner of Rte. 45 and 30. It just opened so everything was shiny and new when we went. The menu is easy to read and follow. I got pesto on my pasta plus the Parmesan crusted chicken. Next time I might go for a plainer dish but it was good, especially the pasta, it was just the right texture. I also got a Caesar salad which is a salty dish. I would have gotten the tomato and cucumber salad but the tomatoes were not very ripe looking. We sat in a very comfortable booth and they brought the food to us. We were even offered wine while we were eating our dinner. I was relaxed and this will probably be thrown in our rotation of inexpensive places to eat when I don’t want to cook. Yes, it’s a chain but better than I expected. Welcome to Frankfort Noodle peeps!
