You get what you pay for and the facial with groupon was inexpensive. Least relaxing facial ever. The girl was nice but every touch was rough and vigorous. I’ve never had a facial without eye covers and with regular scratchy towels with hair on them that was not my hair(found hairs on me after). The room is not dark and the pedicure noise outside is distracting. Red flags of wigs for sale and dirty bathroom should’ve steered me back to my car. My skin felt raw and tight on my ride home.

I LOVE this place. My first and so far only experience(haven’t made my next appointment yet, going to do that today!) was in November. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while! I booked mani/pedi, massage and facial appointment on a Saturday. ALLOFIT was fantastic. I enjoyed every minute of my time there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and Lisa is so accommodating! Now for the really good part. I had gotten my hair done at a different — let’s say bigger, trendy — salon a few days before my visit to Lisa’s studio. I was NOTHAPPY with the results. I was supposed to get highlights, and when done, it looked like I hadn’t gotten my hair done at all. Still looked like a few weeks’ growth of roots. I was UNIMPRESSED. And I was leaving in two days for Thanksgiving holiday, and I had a photo shoot to do while away, and wanted my hair to be nice… During my time at Lisa’s I went through the story about the other salon and told them how I was unhappy, and they suggested to call them and they should fix it. I did call, and ended up going back to that salon that day after my time at Lisa’s and they said they could fix it, but not that day, and it wouldn’t be free. Really? Wow. So long story short, I called Lisa’s back, as she asked me to let them know how it went with other salon. I told her they couldn’t fix it that day or for free, and basically Lisa told me to come back and she would fix it that evening. And it’s already about 3−4pm by this time, on a Saturday. So I went back, she worked me in with her other existing appointments, she fixed my hair, and it was PERFECT and did it for let’s say a minimal charge. I was SOHAPPY and IMPRESSED. She knew I had a photo shoot to do and was so gracious to help me out in this short time. It was so generous of her to be so concerned and want to help. Everyone at Lisa’s was great. Caroline did my mani/pedi and we chatted a ton, Michelle was great too, as she is the one who called me and told me to come back, Gina did my facial and it was fantastic, and I can’t remember but I think Krystal did my massage and I felt like a million bucks. Such a wonderful, welcoming place. I am going to call and book my next hair appointment now! LOVETHISPLACE!

Also. Lisa(the owner) has a personal rule. When you get a pedicure, the file they use on the bottom of your foot? It only gets used for one person. She will never use the same foot file on another person. She also gives out free samples/gifts from time to time and has special methods(just little ways of going the extra mile) to make sure your nails look great that much longer. I love this place!
