The Finishing Touch Nail Salon

I hate hate hate to leave a 1-​star review for a small business, especially since the? owner?/manicurist was very nice… but the quality is just so awful. It honestly looks like a child did my nails; there are clumps and streaks all over and this was shellac, so I don’t even know how this could have happened since it goes straight from the brush to the UV dryer. Also, at the base of the nail the polish goes all over my cuticles. I will add a photo on my phone later if I can on my phone. I’m so sorry Donna – you’re the nicest, you work really hard, and I accordingly left a good tip but I just can’t honestly recommend this place to others. I really don’t think it should have a 5 star rating on Unilocal…:X
Also, it is really hard to get an appointment here. Just something Grouponers should keep in mind.
ETA: Donna called me to rectify the situation and offered me a free re-​do of the manicure, but I wasn’t able to drive all the way back out there to get it done again. To be fair, she said it was an issue with that one bottle of polish which may have been true because the pink accent nails came out okay…

I was VERY happy with my experience at The Finishing Touch yesterday for the first time. My appointment for a mani/​pedi was with Donna, the owner. She took me right in, offered me something to drink, and we got started. She paid very careful attention to my hands and they look BEAUTIFUL: nails are perfectly shaped an the polish I chose looks great. Then my pedicure: heaven! Donna gently but thoroughly made my feet & toes look gorgeous & smooth. She was an absolute PLEASURE to speak with, super-​friendly & down-​to-​earth. Most relaxing «me time» I’ve had in a while. Salon itself is very comfortable and very clean (which is absolute key for me!) She even gave me a coupon card to use next time I come in! Highly recommend.

I had Donna as my nail tech and she was A-​MAZING.
I highly recommend this place — hands down. !

LISA!!! She is the best. First time there and I would drink the Kool-​Aid. Getting nails done for a wedding and Lisa did much a great job, people at the wedding even asked where I got my nails done…
