First time here. Very busy after Monster Jam Pit Party. Was told the wait was 40 minutes. Ok. Reasonable for a crazy nite ! Then after an hour was told it would be another 40 mins. They shut off calling people’s number. Was finally told some one broke glass all over the prepped food. They had to make everyone’s order over again. Would not seat anyone while the wait was going on. Very unprofessional. Wasn’t until my daughter complained that we found out the reason. Come on! If you can’t handle a big crowd shut your doors and move from Patriots Place!

Most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to. Unfortunately nothing will change because of their location. Do not waste your time or money here. Front of the house and bathrooms were filthy, just imagine what the kitchen looks like. I’d rather go dumpster diving.

Stopped by this place after visiting The Hall at Patriot Place(presented by Raytheon) and it was pretty good. Service was quick and friendly. The portions are enormous which we found out the hard way after ordering the nachos as an appetizer. I didn’t have enough room for my entrée afterwards especially after I saw that my chicken-fried chicken came with a colossal amount of both mashed potatoes and vegetables. It’s a decent restaurant if you happen to like country music and want a huge meal. Food is decent but nothing special and the bathrooms were really clean and spacious.

Totally gross generic fiod. Neither ribs nor pulled pork was smoked. Place had overwhelming bleach smell. Yuck!

Basic pub fare. Staff needs to know what beer is on tap. Great turkey burger. Great service, friendly. More of an attraction type establishment then a great restaurant. Great location to get to your event on time. Very ckean bathrooms.

I absolutely loved this place! My first time here and I will definitely return! The nachos with sweet pulled pork were outstanding and the 32oz beer in a mason jar was a nice touch. I can tell that this place would be a great spot to catch any sporting event. Large big screens throughout the place and a gigantic bar with an American flag guitar overhead. The reason this place gets five stars is because they are military friendly! Free cheeseburger, fries and a drink for service members! The burger was only average but the rest of the food was outstanding. Prices are about what you would expect, can’t wait to return!

I would write a zero if possible. I felt bad for the waitress because it wasn’t her fault but I have no idea what’s going on in the kitchen. I ordered pulled chicken, got pulled pork. My gf ordered sweet potato fries got regular fries. And this was after a 40 minute wait when the place was very slow. Then to add insult to injury the credit card machine went down and we had to wait 30 mins for them to ring our bill through. I can’t believe people go to this place. Absolutely will never go again

I wasn’t overly impressed nor exceptionally disappointed here. I was expecting some kind of country music to be playing. The wait staff was extremely nice, though I did feel a little bad for their short shorts and tanks in January. They all looked great but it had to be cold. I ordered a burger… very disappointing. It was definitely a frozen patty and was completely tasteless. My lunch partner’s brisket was much better and he fortunately shared with me. We got the deep fried Twinkie to finish — it was pretty good. Unlikely we will be back — it might be more fun at night or on a game day but with the multitude of poor reviews I’d say there are other places to go.

The rumor was that this place closed. We went to grab an appetizer before going to the movies. I’m not drinking right now so I can’t comment myself on the drinks but my friends said they were great. I only sampled the food and it was just ok. The bartender was super friendly and had several conversations with us. Sad that it seems the place has no business. Was pretty empty. The work attire of short cut off shorts should really be banned. Some of the waitresses should not have attempted such a revealing outfit. Not a sight you want to see

A limited menu but everything is ok. If you have a hankering for a slab of bologna fried and put on a burger bun this place has you covered(It’s not bad, I had to at least try it). They must have a ludicrous hiring policy because all of their waitresses are hot. Best moment was walking by and seeing a waitress resting one leg on the hostess desk while the other was on the floor… all done in a tight shirt and daisy dukes. That’s skill.

I am really surprised that someone like Toby Keith would put his name on such a horrible establishment. I went with another person on the Sunday of an away game so the place wasn’t too crowded. We sat at the bar, which thanks to the odd shape of the huge industrial feeling bar, was just an awkward setting. As we sat down, I ordered a beer to a bartender who obviously hates his job. He moped his way over and mumbled something that I took as his asking what we wanted. After ordering from the standard list of draft beers, I then had to go to the men’s room. The men’s room reminded me of the guys room at Fenway, only not as clean and half the stalls didn’t work, and the trough style sink had half of the faucets missing or broken and sitting on the counter. I then returned to a beer in a mason jar, feeling dirtier than I did 5 minutes prior and enjoyed what was actually a cold and great tasting beer, despite being served by some sloppy local who didn’t want to be there(maybe institute some sort of standard for your employees dress) We ordered boneless Buffalo wings and then I ordered the ribs meal. After a while, one of the waitresses, dressed in what I can only describe as white trash garb came and dropped off our wings. I use the term«wings» loosely as they were just tiny pieces of chicken, caked in batter in some factory far away then frozen and shipped to be microwaved or thrown in a fryer for way to long. Even the celery and carrot pieces on the plate looked miserable and underwhelming. About 3 minutes after the«wings» came out, another Hooters reject came out looking confused and lost and placed our food on the bar with the attitude of someone who is obviously still very impressed with herself that she was a high-school cheerleader 10 years ago. In all of my time being able to eat food, I have never had ribs as disgusting as the ones I was about to eat. I shouldn’t say eat because I simply picked at them with my fork until I couldn’t find any more meat. What was remaining on my plate was a mound a fat and bones in a pool of way too much mediocre BBQ sauce. The beans that accompanied this entrée of grey meat were hard and cold, which complimented quite well the mound of limp and microwaved steak style potatoes wedges I received. Please avoid this place, for your sanity and health. Hopefully one day soon, this poor excuse of a restaurant will be replaced with one that people will actual enjoy sitting at and eating in.

I came here on a Wednesday afternoon in December, so your mileage may vary for other times or game-times, but I was unimpressed. The waitresses/bartenders definitely had a daisy duke, boobs prominently displayed sorta thing going on. When we were there the bartender seemed bored out of her mind, and kinda made the drinks on autopilot. I got a pretty simple mixed drink and I don’t think I got more than five words out of her. Looking around, there were a few other people, but nothing that really should have been drawing her attention too much. The place is enormous. I imagine before a game it’s awesome, but on a Wednesday afternoon, I felt like I was in a cave somewhere and should be looking out for falling stalactites(or is it stalagmites?). All in all, there’s a billion places at Patriot Place, maybe one of the others would be a better bet to go to.

Horrible service. The only reason they exist is they are next to Stadium on game day. I can see why all the TKs are closing around the USA. Good riddance.

I’m surprised to see so many poor reviews as I’ve been here at least six times over the past few years and only had positive experiences. That being said, I’ve never ordered food here so can’t speak to that. Below are my pros and cons for Toby Keith’s: Pros: –huge huge bar(look up for the giant guitar!) –one of the few country themed bars in RI or Mass –you can ride their bull! –conveniently located in Patriot Place –drinks are served in huge mason jars or solo cups –concerts here are fun(I’m told!) –good place to come with a large group and not feel squished. We came with a group of 19 yesterday early evening and had plenty of space to ourselves –drink menu is huge and reasonably priced Cons: –floors are always sticky! We came here yesterday at 4 pm and the place was empty but the floors were disgustingly sticky… makes you wonder about the cleaning schedule here –bathrooms always seem to be gross(smelly, broken). They’re huge which is great for when there’s a concert –staff isn’t always the most attentive, not generally a problem for me as I’m not a huge drinker but I could see that annoying others. It’s also an enormous bar and during busy times there doesn’t seem to be enough bartenders there –menu is meh looking. As I mentioned before I’ve never eaten here, but with all of the dining options you have in patriot place, it might be best to stick with drinks and music here and head elsewhere for a bite –to get a table you have to agree to order food(otherwise you have to stand or hope to grab a bar stool) I guess in summary, my suggestion would be to enjoy a drink here and then move on with your evening. It’s also a popular place for bachelorette parties, if you have any country loving friends who plan to get hitched this is your place!

This place is overrated. The food at best is mediocre and the drinks are kinda on the pricey side but that’s to be expected in tourist trap like this place. They could work on cleaning the joint a little better. Last time I was here we came around noonish, the place had just opened up. I went into the men’s room and it looked like there had been a party in there. It was absolutely disgusting. I heard the women’s room was the same.

OVERRATED. Really not a fan of this place. Bar is awfully set up, getting a drink is hard and the whole place just bothers me to the core. The way that some of the bouncers ogle the waitresses and the over all skeevyness of the place is a HUGE turn off. I gave this place a few tries, and it just always let me down. I would choose to go anywhere else in Patriots place over this place. Total pass, NOTHANKS.

Not good! The nachos were decent the other meals like Burgers, pulled pork just dry and boring. For what they charge they should be atleast a 7⁄10 in quality and taste and that is far away from what was delivered. I could see this place as a play to come have a bud light for away games I wouldn’t even think about coming on a day game! take your business elsewhere, small young girls with really really short shorts and big thighs work here and no one honestly needs to see that! Keep those outfits away form public humiliation it really doesn’t help get you tips, trust me. My husband lost his appetite after our server bent down to get her keys this is a low class establishment and can’t believe people consider this for proper meals or even appetizers. Not coming, ever!!! Take my advice my fellow helpers.

Cmon, you need to rate this two stars because EVERYONE has experienced better than TK’s. Chesney concert ends, thousands of people flood out to and thru Patriot Place and a handful of places are even open. TK’s had a line and it was the place that about 8 to 10 police officers stood so that made us think there were problems there in the past so the police were stationed there. NOFOOD served after the concert, drinks. So they check your ID and then do the stupid thing of putting a lime green wrist band on you. So let me get this right, if you’ve checked my ID to enter the building, you don’t serve food, then why the hell are you giving me a wrist band that NOBARTENDER checked(I removed mine right inside the door). Big space, live music, mediocre employees which gathered at the end of the bar near the stage and just an all around«I’ve experienced better» place. We went back to the hotel and ordered Domino’s pizza.

Love the bar and the food is generally good. Large selection of crowd pleasers. Love the waiters’ outfits with short skirts, boots and tight tops. Plan on waiting about an hour to get a table.
