Bed Bath & Beyond

The «New» BB&B.
Pretty good.
Nothing to write home about though.
Even though the Patriot Place location is definitely one of the newer Bed Bath & Beyond stores in the area, I like the Dedham store much better, as well as many of the other locations I have been to.
This specific store is smaller than most (yet comparable to the Dedham one), the staff seem ok and have good (key word: good) customer service. When I came to return something, without the receipt, they were efficient and friendly and able to process the return with a gift card, which was very helpful (I wonder if any of the other BB&B locations would have… besides the fact that I know the Dedham one would…)
Overall, this BB&B location is one of the ok stores. But if other stores are more convenient, they are probably newer and more organized. Plus, it seems this company performs a high standard for their stores, and this one performs to the standard, the Dedham store provides higher than the standard, which I much prefer. Who wouldn’t. (only saying that because they looked everywhere for a specific item I wanted and then checked OTHER retailers for me, which was astounding in service)
