The Bryant Irvin store messed up my order and choose to refund my money rather than to fix it.
Fortunately, Celia at the McCart store was there to help me get my order at their store.
They got the order right. And it was delicious.
Bottom line, get your wings at Wingstop McCart, NOT Bryant Irvin.

It’s Wingstop, it’s the usual! The lemon pepper wings are always my favorite menu item (all flats of course). I also tried the Louisiana rub and wasn’t too impressed. I expected more of a kick but again still no major complaints from me. One thing to note though is if the yeast rolls get cool off before you get to your destination they do not taste the same otherwise fresh out the oven piping hot they are delicious!

This location use to be good but the last few times I’ve ordered here I’ve been greatly disappointed.
They put absolutely NO seasoning on their «seasoned french fries». Every time it’s literally been less and less and less seasoning on the fries and it makes me furious! :(
The wings are a hit or miss.
Must be new management. And the customer service is horrific.

Most unorganized and ghetto wingstop I have ever been to. At least 8 employees behind the counter running around not knowing what to do. It took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged the verbally when several employees made eye contact with me. Placed an online order, incompetent employees could not find order and said they would get it out to me «real quick». No thanks. Will never use this wingstop and do not recommend anybody to go in here unless you like to stand looking at the ceiling for an unprecedented amount of time and then only to be «helped» by the dumbest people.

Driest wings ever, but yet so greasy. Still can’t believe how small and dry these wings are. Best thing are the fries and ranch.

I understand when it takes 35 minutes to get our food out; phone orders take priority, whatever. It was kind of annoying when they checked our table to see we weren’t lying that they forgot our ranch. But are you kidding me when you don’t open 10 minutes into your work day? Food may be good but expect a bunch of different little things to ruin the otherwise good food at this particular location.

Absolutely the worst ever wing stop!!! Wanted over an hour! If I wouldn’t of asked about my order I would still be waiting. When I asked they told me my order was basically at the end because they where so busy. I watched move my order up to the number 2 spot… I wasn’t the only one who was upset about this!!! They were telling people 20 minutes…
The manger said he was sorry but there is no reason for this!
When I looked at my order they had all three flavored in one box… We have been here three other times and we have never had all three together. We have been going to Wingstops for several years and never had that happen…
So for tonight and it was early when I put my order in I’m not even giving it a star… It won’t let me post without a star I give it a one
I bet corporate will be hearing from a lot of people come Monday.

Very busy place lots of business always love this place food is always hot and fresh lots of television in the area sports friendly nice environment my favorite is the soda machines have all kinds of extra flavors that you can’t find anywhere else one of my favorite places to go! Last but not least Ice Cold Beer

If you are picking up your order CHECK your bag and food before walking out! Spent $ 50 on a family meal only to get home and missing fries and dipping sauces. Called to speak with an employee to inform them only to be told they are not responsible for the order once it leaves the door and they won’t replace anything. I asked to speak with a manager who did actually call me back and offered free fries and sauces to be picked up or for the next visit which I appreciated. Just beware of this non-​customer service policy and make the employees check the order in front of you before you pay. On the flip side the wings are very good and we will go back however, they will be taking out every piece of our order in the bag before we pay and walk out the door.

Always busy but they expended their shop. Great wings and favors I like their Cajun and lemon pepper and sports play on TVs all around. They are busy but to can phone your order or online to. I usually get their family pack with three favors, season fries and add an order of dinner rolls with some boneless wings to make mine sandwich.

Their customer service here really sucks. The employees dont know anything. Cant answer any questions about the online order. Girl hung up on me twice. Manager is never there unless the employees lie. I like wingstop but wont eat here again. I wont pay to be treated like shit.

We ordered from her online on New Years Eve, because many places weren’t open. We ordered at 9:45 pm. The system told me the order would be ready at 10:10pm, my husband went to pick the food up at 10 when he got there, he was told that they closed that night at 9:30. My husband asked why didn’t the system state that or not take our order, no one knew. They tried to give him some old wings, we declined. The next day 1÷1÷14 we tried to get our order and were treated like we were lying. The manager questioned us about 20 dang wings, like she was the D.A. Then they made the order over but wrong, we called and were treated equally bad. I wrote corporate and they sent the generic «we will look into this» email, but we never got a refund, or a follow up. I will NEVER go back to this place again!
