Victory Lap Oil Change

Slow Slow Slow! They need some direction in here like a active and visible manager versus the manager changing oil. :(

I went for a state inspection on Saturday morning, August 31. They made me wait for an hour before informing before informing me they no longer had inspection stickers and couldn’t do the inspection. Instead of trying to help give me a solution, they told me I would have to go elsewhere. When I asked why they had kept me waiting for an hour, I received a run around answer and lack of willingness to take ownership in the problem and a total failure in customer service. After leaving, I realized they had given me someone else’s insurance card so I had to return it.
I will never return and I would tell everyone to go elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was beyond frustrating. Avoid Victory Lap!

Pretty sure they took advantage of my wife and mother-in-law’s lack of car knowledge when charged us a TON to fix a power steering/​wheel alignment problem (over $ 1,200) a couple years ago.
While I’ll give them an extra star for the power alignment still working, we had problems again with the alignment shortly after our visit.
But the thing that really ticked me off about them is that they went ahead and installed new wiper blades without even asking us!!! I had literally JUST replaced them a week or so before. When I asked the guy if we could have those ones back, he said they threw them away and there was nothing they could do about it. (And they made us pay for it!)
Can’t say I’d recommend them… for repairs, at least.

I went to this establishment I needed to get my oil changed as well as an inspection. The guys here are very professional and polite. I am by no means knowledgable in car maintenance but they explained everything before they did it, along with charges. They checked all fluids, aired up my tires, and cleaned the windows. They even vacuumed car!
I got in and out in just 30 mins!
I highly recommend these guys!
