The plus is that they are are so close to my house, the minus is everything seems a little disorganized. I usually find what i am looking for but it takes a little time its worth it because to me it seems their prices are a little cheaper. Service is meh seems like there is a lot of employees but you never know who works where.

Slow doesn’t even begin to describe this location. The store is fairly well kept and stocked. But the customer service is lack luster at best and as I said before… SLOW beyond belief.

I have shopped at home depot for many years, many locations. One of the better aspects is that once you get used to their store, they all seem the same. I like that. One of the more frustrating aspects if finding what I need. For many years, customer service went down, WAY down. I recall reading about 2 – 3 years ago they were going to recognize that customer service had weakened and rectify it. I have to say, the most recent visits the last 2 years or so have improved. I can find staff and they seem mostly knowledgable. I still get lost in these places. I suppose that is expected when the store is that freaky big and trying to carry a little bit of everything. I went in primarily for an RO water system for under the sink. I didn’t care for their choices, rather limited. The price seemed a bit steep to me, at $ 250 dollars. I used to have a salt water aquarium, so I had built a very nice system from an online dealer. It was old and starting to leak, have to replace these every few years. I took home the new system I bought out of convenience. The fittings were not a match, doesn’t connect easily to any of my prior set up, so I took it back. I give them credit for smiling when I walked in, immediately taking it off my credit card, and thanking me. I then went home and ordered the same system(a better one) from my online water company for $ 125 + tax.

I’d give them a 0 if I could. I purchased(4) 8′ long fluorescent lamps there; I wanted to recycle my old lamps. Fluorescent lamps are supposed to be recycled because of the mercury contained in the bulbs. The(rude) people are the service desk said they recycle fluorescent lamps, just not the 8′ lamps take them and get out of here. When I asked them how was I supposed to recycle them they said throw them in the trash. So HD, you sell the 8′ lamps but won’t recycle them. What a hypocritical company. I can’t wait for the new Lowes to open

This Home Depot has the worst bathroom I have ever seen. They always smell like shittttt. And there’s never any toilet paper… And to top it off there’s holes on the dividers walls in between the toilets that let other men look at you piss. It’s never a pleasant experience at this Home Depot.

Horrible experience last night at the Home Depot in Lake Worth, Tx. Went to customer counter for help;needed to know if home depot matched prices with other stores, and was told yes they do! So I pulled a receipt out where I had bought two Clematis plants from Lowes which were $ 5.98 per bag for each bulb. Girl really came back with an attitude and states could only take an Ad to match prices. Explained to her that was the acutal every day cost of their bulbs in the bags, and Home Depot’s were $ 7.98 per bag. Still she would not match, or help me;would have bought the acutal green plant, but they had their lights turned out in the Garden section so could not see to find a live green plant;so i sat on a chair to look up on my phone prices for Lowes Clematis, and of coarse my internet would not work in the store;went back and ask her for a phone number to call manager back, and again she had an attitude and only wrote doen«Kenny». so then ask for phone number, and she ask the young girl behind her who seemed very nice, and smiling gave her the phone number to write down for me! My husband and I have always had a bad experience with this store, and the one close to Saginaw, Tx as well. Dont want to even think about how much we have spent in their stores in the last couple of months with new applicances, new hot water heater, and etc, but will for sure take all my business to LOWE’S. Their friendly, and always have found prices are cheaper there. Only reason went to Home depot last night needed this one paticular plant, and they only had two left, was desperate to get in the ground before the end of month as instructed for these plants. Well enough said, No More ever Home Depot for me, and my family. Facebook posting next.

I used to be a Lowe’s fan but the one in Keller has pissed me off with such mediocre to non existing customer service i was glad they built this one close to my house. The only thing Lowe’s has better is a much better nursery. I’ve always got help here, people are on thier game and usually can find anything i need here.

This review would be 0 stars if not for Kevin, the Manager on duty tonight. We stood in the appliance area for roughly 20 minutes without ever being asked if we needed help or even seeing any employee. We were there to purchase a new washer, dryer and deep freezer and needless to say, had a lot of questions. Finally, someone showed up to assist us. He asked if we needed any help. My husband replied that yes we did and we had lots of questions. The employee then just continued to walk right past us. We were so dumbfounded that we actually stood there for a minute or two to see if he was coming back, but no such luck. We promptly walked out. On our way out my husband asked to speak to the manager and Kevin was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. But we had enough and just wanted to make our purchases somewhere else. We went to Best Buy who price matches and had great customer service and they answered all of our questions. We will be going there from now on.

I need keys! $ 2.69 University of Texas Longhorn keys… grinded down and out the door in less than 5 minutes! It’s quick… close… and reasonable… plus the hotdogs outside are usually pretty rockin’!

Home Depot is a necessary evil, generally speaking. But I have to give this store credit for its care and compassion when a horrible storm came through yesterday. I took cover there when I saw a wall cloud, and the staff did a phenomenal job of getting everyone to safe cover while the sirens went off outside the store. They even gave the kids little glowstick/whistle/strobe light things that gave them something to occupy themselves while the storm passed. After the worst was over, they kept us inside until the lightning lightened up — although I was ready to go home, it was nice to have someone exercise some better judgment. Way to go, Home Depot!
