Awesome place to grab lunch. The pizza was a nice size and the topping selection was plentiful. My only suggestion is have the pizza cooked just a few seconds longer to give the crunch I love on a thin crust pizza. Will definitely return.

Fresh ingredients, perfect pizza, apathetic employees. Seriously, perfect pizza. It’s really incredible! Hands down one of my favorite pizzas I’ve ever had. This should be a 5 star review, but I’m rating it lower because of the employees who were working at the time. Everyone seemed like they were upset at the world. They were not courteous and not very helpful. I was surprised to see it was personal pizzas, but it was a good kind of surprise. All of the ingredients looked sooooooooooo good. I love how they do pricing. $ 8 and some change gets you a pizza with up to 4 toppings — very simple. The atmosphere is really cool with plenty of seating. They serve Maine Root sodas.

I REALLY want to give this place a 5 because it was so amazing but I can’t because the staff wasn’t warm or inviting at all. All the workers looked like they wanted to kill themselves, yes, that’s how depressed they looked. However, I understand why this place is called Pizza Snob ! All their ingredients are of the highest quality! I didn’t realize this was individual/personal pan size pizza. You order at the front and all the ingredients are laid out in front of you but you can only choose four toppings(which is plenty). I also really appreciated that it was all one price, they don’t charge you per topping. You can get up to four toppings if you want but it’s the same cost whether you get four or two. But they do have a cheaper option if you only want cheese. They also offer gluten free crust. The crust is like the consistency of the freshest tortilla you’ve ever had in your life! I thought the toppings would overwhelm the pizza but the crust is so light it all works so well together. When they put the sauce on, I thought it wouldn’t by enough but everything is proportioned so well that it feels like a very light, high quality pizza! And the cook time is super fast! Even the salad was high quality and you can choose from any of the pizza toppings, no romaine or ice burg lettuce here, it’s kale or mixed greens ! The atmosphere is super cool inside too. I will be back!

Great pizza but different topping options than most are used to. We were car shopping in the area and really wanted to have some good pizza and we definitely got that here. For about $ 9, the two of us got one pizza and it was enough for the two of us. The pizza was delicious. When they were making it, it didn’t seem like they put much pizza sauce on it but it turned out to be great. They bake it fresh for you, right after they assemble it in front of you. The baking time was very short. By the time I paid, got my drinks and sat down, it was ready! I also go the salad… the ranch dressing was very watered down. I could barely eat it.

Delicious fresh pizza with a large array of good toppings and sauces. The salad was also delicious. Would go back!

From the name I was expecting a sit down pizza place but it is based on a similar concept to BLaze, chipotle, loads etc where you go through a line and choose your toppings. And it gets cooked right in front of you in 90 seconds. Pretty cool if you’re like me and want your darn pizza yesterday. I read through other reviews and noticed the«lack of flavor» comment quite often so I tried to spice my pie up with Italian sausage and pepperoni. It worked. My pizza had a ton of flavor and was delicious. It was however, not crispy in the middle which I wasn’t expecting. I’ll go back if I’m near TCU again.

I like all the options you have a pizza snob. It can be hard to find a table if you go during lunch hour. Laid back atmosphere, a great place to go with friends!

As a Chicagoan, I must say that I was impressed with the pizza. It’s set up like a «subway» station so all of your ingredients are in from of you. You get a slight larger than a personal size but smaller than a small pizza(about 6 – 8 triangular shaped). It’s thin and non greasy. So if you want a healthier pizza choice, this is the place. If you want a little grease, try Gino’s East thin crust. Also, the pop is really good(real cane sugar)… not your traditional coke or Pepsi products. I would not make a special trip but would only go back if I was in the area. Good overall.

We have been on hunt for really good pizza with out all the bread and Pizza Snob seemed a good choice and it was. College atmosphere, excellent pizza, fair price, would have preferred a Bud light but not available. I like how they use a circular oven in and out in 10 minutes, made while you watch. I like the concept. We will certainly be back.

My pizza toppings were cold after they cooked my pizza. Plus the middle of the pizza was soggy. Maybe it should be cooked more than 90 seconds. I didn’t like the kale salad, it was too sweet due to one of the ingredients in it. My pizza plus mini kale salad was $ 12+.(I drank water which was free). Not worth the money and won’t be coming back

This pizza is amazing! Probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Not a lot of beer selection but what they had was delicious. Do not hesitate to give this place a try.

I like the pizza here. It’s pretty good and you can either choose one of their already made options or build you own. Also, the atmosphere is very nice.

Went here for lunch and really enjoyed the thin crusted pizza, but if I wouldn’t have had the olives, it may have been a bit bland. Wish they’d add oregano like in Italy or at least offer some red pepper flakes or even better yet garlic olive oil.(I had build your own w/goat cheese, tomato sauce, ham, bacon, baby Bella’s and olives) Anyway, It’s basically set up like a chipotle/subway/piada where you can select your own combination of sauce, cheeses, meats and veggies, but they have a few suggestions on combinations as well. All looked really good!!! I liked that the offerings were a bit different — hello Rosemary goat cheese!(It’s blended with other cheeses so goat cheese is barely tasteable but it adds a nice touch. But selection could have been larger for pizza toppings(I.e. spinach, kale, shrimp, salmon, artichokes,…) Another reason for not giving more stars is because you cannot call in an order or order online, and the ordering process is inefficient so it took me a long time to get lunch for my colleagues and myself, parking sucks.(I was nearly 30 minutes in there– in line&ordering, about 5 – 10 people in front of me) Although TCU is on break one could barely find parking, which was also annoying… technically I don’t even know if they have parking… I parked in the Barnes and nobles parking lot.(Psst don’t tell!!! ;)) Also think a pesto base option would be nice or maybe I just missed it– sauces were not written down anywhere :(so long story short: pizza was awesome but the place could be improved — especially ordering could be more efficient.

Pizza Snob is a bold choice of name for a place where they are essentially rebranding Subway flatbread pizzas. The dough is very thin but not crispy. The topping selection offers a nice variety of flavors but nothing really wowed me(we had 3 different pizzas, including some of the house-named specialities). Each pizza just left you wanting something else to tie it together or crisp it up, or taste a little less bland. I also had the kale salad which looked appetizing but was a little flavorless. I want to say it was tossed in a citrus dressing but you just never got any flavor. Disappointing. PIzza Snob seems to cater towards a college crowd looking for a quick bite of pizza-something and not really wanting to pay for more than fast-food. I would recommend going down the street to Mellow Mushroom or hit Magnolia Ave’s Cane Rosso if you want something less traditional.

I’ve been a customer of pizza snob since they first opened at TCU. Their pizza crust is perfect. Another reviewer said pizza snob was just like pie five. Yes the general idea is the same, but the quality is not! Pizza snob has much higher quality toppings, sauces, and overall flavor. They even have natural sodas and homemade cookies. And the kale salads cannot be beat. I recommend getting the spicy Italian pizza with onions, the kale salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, the BBQ pork pizza, and the new tortellini pizza with candied jalepeños. I love candied jalepeños and I would honestly add them to any pizza they have here. I’ve also found the service to be good. An example is the other day I ordered the tortellini pizza that came with bacon. I don’t like a lot of fat on my bacon and the pizza worker tried and succeeded at giving me the pieces with the least amount of fat. He didn’t complain at all. That really speaks to the service. I always leave this place happy, satisfied, and usually with leftovers. Pizzas and a kale salad for two at $ 23 is a great deal. The only con of this place is that you will probably smell like burnt pizza, but it’s worth it.

Make your own pizza! 4 topping $ 7.99. Free sample of specialty pizza right door. Three type base to pick tomato, pesto or bbq. All types of meat and veggies selection. I made tomato base, salami, sausage, green bell pepper, kale. Then they put it in oven and you go pick it up at end of counter. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant with plenty tables and chairs. In TCU area, so lots of students in and out.

During my time in undergrad, this was my favorite addition to the TCU restaurants! I loved getting to choose my toppings and the ratio was always perfect. If I remember correctly, there is a max of 4 toppings per pizza, but that’s perfectly enough. Last time I went with the BBQ sauce, chicken, pulled pork, onions and pineapple. Great combination and had enough for leftovers! The restaurant can get a bit crowded sometimes due to the high demand, but it’s worth it.

I enjoyed Pizza Snob, but I guess I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s basically like Chipotle for pizza. Exactly like Pie Five. Good, thin crust pizza. Serves beer and wine. I probably won’t drive just to eat here, but may go by if I need a bite while visiting the TCU area. Make sure you read parking signs! TCU police will tow you!

After searching Unilocal for Pizza spots in the area the reviews for this place won me over. The menu was easy to understand once I heard an employee explain it to the person in front of me. I went with a Garlic buttered meatball a cheese and pepperoni with alfredo sauce and a regular cheese pizza. Garlic n butter was good to me but the cheese n pepperoni with alfredo was excellent. The Alfredo was almost a thick ranch constancy yet fit perfectly with the pizza. The regular cheese was damn good with the taste of fresh mozzarella. Kids voted the cheese and cheese n pepperoni as the best. What really made this place was the crust. WOW. It was a perfect balance of chewey and crisp. Never have I had crust like this before. Yall are just gonna have to try it to know what I’m talking about. It really is that good. There soda fountain choices are all made with real cane sugar. And they have a couple cool choices like Ginger Root and another I have already forgotten the name but was tasty. I went with Mexican coke though as the best. Pricing was very descent to me for the quality of pizza. $ 9 for a specialty this size is a good deal. Regular cheese and cheese with one topping ran $ 6.39 each.
