I love Jimmy Johns, and I’ll definitely continue ordering from this location, BUT they need to step it up. Twice now when I have gotten a delivery they have messed up on my order by either forgetting ingredients on my sandwich and/​or messing up my drink. They have always been willing to send someone back to correct my order, but these seem like minor problems that could be fixed prior to sending someone out to deliver the wrong order. Also, for a company that advertises its «quick» delivery, it seems to take them a very long time to bring me back the correct order. Also, another minor issue that my roommates and I have experienced over and over is that they never give us straws when we order drinks. These issues could be fixed with a bit more attention to detail.

I just…*sigh*…love me some JJs. I probably order way too much delivery considered healthy for a socially-​functioning adult. But when something so perfect just works, you don’t mess with it.
