Monterra is by far the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! I lived there for 2 years and enjoyed every bit of it. I lived in stage 2 area (flats with no attached garage but granite counter tops, laminate wood floors, crown molding, stainless appliances, etc.) Staff is very friendly and maintenance crew responds promptly. Amenities galore here. 2 pools, 2 gyms, 2 dog parks, plenty of green space, multiple resident activities every month, clubhouse with pool table, video games, business center, free starbucks and more. Most apartments claim to be luxury, but these truly are in every sense. Pricier than most places but well worth it. Highly recommended!

The staff is too busy for you. Need to pick up your package at the office? They changed the hours over night and leave you waiting for 15 minutes. Expensive units with many issues. Broken dishwasher (not installed properly), garage door broken. The worst part is the staff. You can call and never get anyone. If you go In they are pissed off and rude. Weeks will pass, no call backs ever. Once you lease and they get your money don’t expect anything! Ever!

Just wanted update that I continue to be pleased with the exceptional service and professionalism of the staff and management at Monterra Village.
–Repairs are fixed with out question always with in 24 hours.
–The staff is always courtious an amenable to the smallest of issues.
–I happen to be more sensitive than others to artificial air fresheners to the extent that I needed them to air out their beautiful Office/​Library
the last time I had hoped to use the space.
Today, despite my being in the small minority they patiently said they’d talk to management about the products they use. In addition, they have also extended the use of the Hillwood Conference Room which is just another great common space that the community offers. I am counting down the days till I can use the beautiful pools.

When I arrived in Keller, Monterra Village was recommended. I was welcomed by the Leasing Director, Donta. We talked for few minutes, from which he was able to determine the best fit for me. Donta had everything ready for us to move in during the same week and all went smooth, Thanks Donta!
Raven is always a pleasure to see in the front office, she really keeps things moving and takes care of any questions, thanks Raven!
Looking forward to our next community pool party.
