Best 6 mths stay Ive had. Sorry to go but duty calls. They have the best office staff, best quick service and best amenities. If I had a problem they got on it fast and addressed it. No complaints here. Just would definitely recommend it as a residence. Enjoy!!!

I have just moved here from Houston and I can’t wait to move to a better place, where is better service and honest management. — the trash valet system has never picked up all the trash completely even we have to pay for them every months — the balcony at my downstairs neighbor is full of dog poop, cause a lot of bed smell and flies into my house. — they charge you anything they can with a very good reason call an Administration fee. I and my boyfriend paid it at least two times when we wanted to add my name on the lease. So be aware of this. –the parking lot is always crowded and if you drive home around 10pm. There will be no parking. We are absolutely unhappy with this place, and we still have more than 6 months left to move out of all these mess. Please pray for me and my boyfriend!!!

Edit: The Watervue staff contacted me about this especially because of my comments around OneSource. That kind of attention deserves the 4 stars. Great team. Ill stick around for a while. I truthfully would give them 3.5 stars because they are better than average, but not by much. What really pushes them up is the amenities. TBH… I am considering breaking lease for the simple fact that the ISP serving this community is horrible. The only options for TV are OneSource and some Satellite provider(Dish or DirectTV) and for Internet is OneSource and again some Satellite provider like Huges. IMO the options for services are get either PoS or mediocre(or closer to mediocre than PoS) If you want good Internet access and depend on it for work and personal life, you can probably find a better place to live with better services for a similar cost Pros: — Friendly and helpful staff — Reasonable price — planned events for community — community areas(billiards, video game consoles, internal basketball court, internet(by OneSource abysmal) — good elementary school — close to groceries, pharmacy, banks, fast food — Modern décor — pet friendly(although I do not have pets) — Family oriented Cons: — Stuck with the ISP that serves this complex(They are horrid) — Paper thin walls — Poor insulation — Poor quality finishing(fake granite, cheap crown moulding, cheap appliances) — No playground for kids

Let me start by saying despite the one CRAZY I meet here, most residents are very nice and welcoming. To start with the positives: There are functions monthly, some better than others that are fun to attend without having to get in the car. Um…that’s all I got hence my 1 I disliked living here so much, a year was too long! The apartments are called«luxury» however I beg to differ. Luxury to me would be granite counters, tile/hardwood floors, wood cabinetry, non standard light fixtures, etc. This place has nothing but the basics. My carpet was so worn that tact nails were poking through in several locations. With the attempt to have then fixed twice unsuccessfully, I have up and decided to live with it. My windows were drafty and would whistle when the wind blew. The grounds were kept beautifully landscaped around the leasing office, everywhere else not do much. I was tucked in the back. When they laid new mulch, never came down to my neck of the woods. Beware of Poop, it’s everywhere. Even on people’s porches. Smells so great baking in the sun when you’re sitting on your porch. We were without AC for days on 2 different occasions. Clearly they don’t see this as an emergency when is 95+outside and you’re roasting on the 3rd floor. If the Event Center as described online is a highlight for you, then think again. There are a group of kids that trash the place regularly. There were never pool sticks cause they either were broke or stolen. Ping ping table and paddles broken. Pool was decent however I swear they NEVER scrub the edges. There was a continuous sludge on the tiles, YUCK. And so we end with moving out… don’t bank on getting your deposit back. I received $ 72 of my $ 300. A minimal amount of charges on my statement made sense. However I specifically called and asked about a $ 74 «rent» charge. My rent was always paid in full. There was no answer for this, was told it may be a «cleaning» charge. He was going to call me back… still waiting on that call back. Let me add my apartment was clean, toilets scrubbed, counters wiped, even touched up paint, vacuumed myself out the door when packers left. Enjoy my $ your crappy complex needs it

I lived there for about a year and, although the amenities are nice, the staff often came across as fake-nice. Overall, it was a nice place to live, but overrated. The living space was small for the price, especially because no utilities or services were included. The basketball court was by far the best part!

Watervue is a friendly complex. Maintenance crew is very helpful. Although you can hear neighbors through the thin walls, you’re constantly given notice for contractors and management to enter the unit(for things like replacing a perfectly workable freezer door???), and forbid you get into an accident at the entry way… because it’s often hard to get in and out of the place. Clearly this place is 2 – 3 stars, but I gave it 5 stars in hopes my review will not be hidden… ya thanks Unilocal!

This is by far the best apartment community I’ve ever seen… it’s almost like living on a resort! In the six months I’ve lived here the staff has always been very friendly and have gone out of their way to make living here extraordinary. I love the indoor basketball court and fitness center and can’t wait for the weather to get warmer so I can finally swim in the salt-water pool! The calendar is consistently full of fun activities like concerts and parties and I always know what’s happening by checking the Watervue iPhone app. It really is a unique and modern apartment community.
