I had a fantastic shopping experience here… and I really just stopped in to look! I came in looking for a new bed, and I hadn’t bought a new bed in over a decade. The sales guy Don was so friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. He provided me all the information I needed, and had me test out all the different types of mattresses. I ended up falling in love with one so I took the plunge and bought! If you’re looking to buy a new bed, this should be your first and only stop. Excellent customer service and great inventory to choose from, with prices and financing to fit any budget and/​or credit score.

We showed up at the store at closing time but Laronda invited us in and stayed late. She worked with us to find out what we needed and wanted. We were shown several styles and brands until we found the one right for us. This is the 3rd time we have purchased from mattress firm and have very pleased every time.

I got my mattress here a couple months back, and I am still in love with my choice. I walked in, unsure what to buy. The sales rep in front worked with how much income I made and made me lay down on all the beds he thought would fit my budget and comfort. So I sat, bounced, and plummeted myself into each one until I found the one.
He worked with me to get it delivered and even altered a few things just to save me more money.
I got it delivered the same day and they were on time bringing it over. I had my friend wait for the delivery guys and she said they did give her some issues, but nonetheless, I am a proud new mattress owner.
