My husband and I had a great experience working with Matt. He was helpful, but not pushy the first time that we came to look. When we returned a week or so later, it was great that he remembered us… Our mattress is wonderful and it was able to be delivered the very next day, which was Sunday!

Great experience. They are so nice here. We worked with Monica on 5/​25, and she was so awesome. She was kind, patient, and did a great job of informing us of their options. She was not pushy in any way. She went above and beyond in regards to our expectations. All other employees that we had short interactions with seemed to be great people as well. Monica, was willing to do the extra work required to find ways to get is the most bang for our buck. We had a great experience.

Monica Cottrell is awesome! I am one happy customer. My husband and I could not be happier with our mattresses and pillows. Great customer service and products. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

To be completely honest I recently had an issue with my mattress so called the store to find out what I needed to do and the guy was rude. So I filled out a feedback email on the website on a Sunday afternoon and within a few hours a separate employee (Matt I don’t believe he was from the store) called and arranged for a brand new mattress and was so patient with all my questions. Then about an hour later the District Manager Dale called to Follow up and apologize and ask if I needed anything else and in the future just to call him direct. The customer service and follow up was amazing and very prompt after I emailed them. Oh and I love my bed it is soo of comfy. Even after the rude guy I will recommend.

The manager flat out lied about the sale to make a higher commission, helped us last when we came in first, and they had to deliver twice because the box spring was ripped en route. They also ripped some paint off our door during delivery. We will never buy here again.

Bought a matress this evening from Sleep Experts, the name is appropriate, these guys were real experts. They asked us what we needed and then started us in the right place with «excercises» to indicate what bed would be best for us. Rick Goodwin was our sales specialist and he did an awesome job. This is the second matress we’ve purchased in the last 2 – 3 months from Sleep Experts-​Overton Ridge. Really good sales service.
