Love this place! They have great food, great prices, and great service. They have a Sunday dinner buffet that’s delicious. Protip: don’t go to a business as they are about to close and whine that you aren’t treated like royalty. At least they were considerate enough to tell you before the buffet closed.

We love Maharajah. The owners and servers are so nice and polite. The food is wonderful, and the restaurant itself is very quiet and intimate. We only wish they were open more often.

I love this place. Best Indian in FW and the people who run the lunch buffet are super helpful. They get pretty busy at lunch(so you know they’re good) but not so busy you can’t get a spot. They are super accommodating with my little one, so extra points there. Mama gets her Indian food fix and bebe has people watching galore. WEALLWIN.

Value for money. I had buffet and the spread was good. Ambience is OK. Taste is bit bland though.

My friend and I came here on a Thursday early in the evening and we were the only customers in the entire restaurant — my guess is that they must be busier during lunch when they have a buffet. I love paneer tikka and fried chili paneer, but neither are on the menu. I asked if the chef could prepare one of them anyway since they already have all the ingredients, but I was told that wouldn’t be possible. My friend and I ordered samosas for an appetizer and there was complimentary papad; both were pretty standard, not bad but nothing special. For my entrée I got mutter paneer and naan. The naan was excellent but the paneer wasn’t very flavorful. I asked for it to be medium spicy but it was very mild/bland. For Fort Worth I suppose this is a decent Indian restaurant, but I’ve experienced much better in Irving and other cities.

Good Indian food, great price, good service and all you can eat. I had their vegetable samosas, naan bread, chicken tikka masala with rice, and the creamed spinach(paneer). My favorite was their tart raita sauce. It was a little more tart than most, and that’s what I loved about it. All of the food that I tried, tasted good, and the food was fresh. I’ll be going back. ^^

My significant other and I visited this restaurant not long ago, as she was craving Indian food. We arrived at 9 on a Sunday evening(they close at 10), so there was only one other group of people there at that time. We were seated and the waitress asked for our drink order. This being my first time, I asked for menus so that we could see what they had to offer. Apparently, this was a mistake, as she asked whyever would I want a menu, since the kitchen was closed. Well, alrightly then. It turns out that although the kitchen was closed, the Sunday dinner buffet was still open. Our dinner choice was thus made for us. They had a selection of standard Indian fare on the buffet, some of which looked like it had seen better days. The best bets seemed to be the various offerings that were swimming in their sauces. That turned out to be the case, as the tandoori chicken was rather dry(and came with bone splinters), the goat curry was marginal, the naan was dry, and the tikka masala was passable. While I sampled more than just those, none of them were memorable enough to remark on. When we were maybe halfway done with our first plates, the waitress came over to our table(it was about 9:25) and told us that if we wanted anything else, we had better get it immediately. We did so, and our check was at our table before we finished our first plates. Our presence was obviously not wanted here. If the restaurant doesn’t want people to come at that time, then they should probably change their hours and turn off the«Open» light. Since it was still on when we left, I wonder what any more customers would have been able to eat if they arrived later than we had. TL;DR: The kitchen was closed, the buffet was marginal, and there was no food to be had in a restaurant that was still open for 30 minutes.

I enjoyed a lot! Great food, I love curry and I’m not a big fan of beef. Salads were ok. I would go back in a heart beat. ! Pretty cheap for a all you can eat buffet. I just ate too much tough! Will try to avoid it! Lol!

I was very impressed. Went for the buffet, and it was packed. As far as the buffet goes, there were definitely a lot of options. All of the dishes I tried were flavorful and unique with just the right amount of spice. My only complaint was it is very hard to find within the shopping center. You definitely have to know where it is to be able to find it with ease.

We really enjoyed our dining experience here! The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food had great flavor, too. We will definitely come here again to dine.

The best Indian restaurant in Fort Worth. You want anything better you’d have to go to Irving or Dallas. Their buffets are worth the $

Tried this place a few times it’s ok not the best. Food seemed very plain and meats were very dry but still at par. Since they are only a few places in Fort Worth I will try again.

I have been a loyal patron to this restaurant for years, however after today I will never return. My family of 5 and I went for the Sunday lunch buffet, and the restaurant was 75% empty– not busy at all. The one large table they have that would fit all of us was taken, so we asked to just push two tables together– no big deal, restaurants do that all the time no matter how busy they are. A very simple, common request that has never been declined in my entire life… until today. They just flat out refused! My husband said we could just take our business else where if they couldn’t seat us and their response was«ok». No apology, no nothing. It’s safe to say they have lost a long time customer, along with anyone else i tell about this. It all worked out for the best though, because we found an even better Indian buffet that I highly recommend– Bombay Grill. Delicious, AND they pushed two tables together immediately without us even having to ask. You know, like actual customer service?

Starter and main course were fantastic, big menu to choose from to keep you coming back to try more dishes. The rice pudding for dessert was kinda average but overall a good experience and would say the best Indian place I’ve been to in Texas. P. s the nann bread is lovely and baked in house.

Love this place. I have never had a bad meal here. I’ve had the tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, chicken Jaalfrezi, beef Jaalfrezi, beef pujabi, and more. The garlic naan is awesome. I have only been here twice for the buffet and no complaints here. First time ever having rice pudding and love it.

The buffet was $ 8, I think. You definitely pay what you get for. Décor — 5⁄10 It’s in a very old strip mall. The inside looked even older when we walked in. It almost made me hesitant to eat there. However, the buffet was only $ 8, so I knew I couldn’t expect much. It’s just very old. Service — 10⁄10 They were absolutely amazing. My group and I stayed for nearly two hours, and they didn’t care. They still kept bringing us water and made sure we were ok. We only ate for about 45 minutes, but stayed and chatted. They were extremely kind and never tried to ask us to leave. Food — 5⁄10 There was the standard buffet food. My favorites were 1. Samosas — I always love samosas. Anything fried is great to me. They were very spicy though. 2. Chicken tikka — This is the standard dish to get anywhere. It was pretty good. The sauce tasted good and the chicken was tender. Gulab guman — I always love these sugar soaked balls of fried deliciousness. I probably shouldn’t have eaten as many as I did. There was a good mixture of vegetarian and meat dishes. Overall, the food was pretty standard for an Indian buffet. It’s not the best I’ve ever had and definitely not the worst. My search for amazing Indian food in DFW continues.
