No. I would NEVER eat here again. What a shame too… the salmon shmear is the BEST! My boyfriend and I ordered two bagels with shmear and two frozen lattes. We paid and sat down. Five minutes later, someone comes over to inform us that they didn’t have one of the shmears… why weren’t they aware of this when I ordered? I was pretty angry and decided I no longer wished to dine there. I asked for a refund and the guy was so confused. I gave him my receipt and he refunded me the wrong amount. I was so disappointed. I guess I’ll never get to induldge in an asiago bagel and salmon shmear again.

Nothing like spilling an entire medium latte in your lap while driving 60 miles an hour! Had to pull off in a parking lot take off my soaked jeans and wipe the car down. Latte everywhere! On the door, the console and seat. All due to top not put on correctly on cup by Einstein’s! Had to wait 15 min for drink(ate entire schmear while waiting). Need more employees when busy time of day!

Awful customer service. I can’t say anything good about this location. Their workers love to constantly mess up orders as well as argue with customers about their orders. I had to wait 10 minutes for a plain bagel which is completely unacceptable. This place needs a re-vamping and new workers/management.

The chocolate chip bagel was everything I remembered and loved about Einstein. The lose a star for not toasting it enough to let the butter melt though. That was somewhat unpleasant. Their iced mochas are good, but too sweet, however that can Be fixed with asking for less syrup. Overall a good location.

It was pretty«meh» in my opinion. I got the smoked salmon sandwich and found it just so-so. Then again, it’s not a jewish deli, it’s an Einstein Bagels so it’s on par with other mass marketed chain type places.

I’ve been frequenting this bagel shop ever since the boyfriend moved to the TCU hood. I love this location bc there is never a long line, even when it’s crowded the line seems to go wicked fast. I feel that it’s bc the staff really knows how to work together. When there are multiple people in line, both cash registers are open with three staff members talking to customers and relaying orders. They’ve really got a system down at this location, unlike many others I’ve visited(cough cough dfw airport, and another Dallas location off Lemmon Ave eek!). They are also almost never out of all the different bagel flavors, which I love! I normally hit this place up right at 6AM and the staff members are always so nice! They greet you right as you walk in with such a great attitude for being up that early to sling bagels and coffee. Speaking of coffee, .goodness… If you haven’t tried their vanilla hazelnut coffee yet… well I don’t want to even talk to you until you do. It’s uh-mazing! Anyways, it’s a very clean location with many tables to study at. The parking lot can get pretty full during prime hours though. Stay strong my friend, and prowl on for reverse lights of already parked cars.

I like this place because i can get fresh bagels and coffee. I visit this place pretty often for breakfast and i have been able to have fresh ones every time. The store is small and cozy with lots of TCU students waiting in line for their orders. It’s filled w the smell of vanilla hazelnut coffee. The only concern is the dirty trash can areas. Probably because of too many customers comparing w employees, they are not able to clean the trash cans. Hopefully, they can hired more to do that, so we can have a breakfast in better feeling.

Went here once on a day off– what a mistake! They were out of chocolate chip bagels and sausage, and everyone was waiting a pretty long time for their food. They should probably learn their marketplace(TCU is down the street) and prepare accordingly.

We used to LOVE Einstein’s. From 2013 to late 2014, I went to Einstein’s for breakfast practically every day. One day in the fall of 2014, I went in to get my usual breakfast sandwich. The eggs were over-cooked and the bagel was doughy. I sadly write this review after a full year of getting perfect orders, I can’t go there any more without getting an incorrect order or a gross order. Sadly, I won’t ever go back to this Einstein’s.

whatever you do, do NOT order any dish off the menu that includes dairy or meat of some sort. I literally gagged the first time I ate one of Einstein’s egg bagel sandwiches. I’m pretty sure they’re not even real eggs. and what is that disgusting transparent yellow slime on the bottom of the cooked egg. I don’t remember ordering aged, mustard-mayonnaise ?? let me point out this is not the first time I have come to this Einstein’s location for breakfast, I’ve ordered basically every dish here in hopes of scoring something even partially decent and time after time I am disappointed. I’m a hungry college student and this a convenient location, but I’m afraid my days of shoving half-baked egg yolks down my throat are finally over. thumbs down for disgusting food. the service is good though; nice people cooking. unfortunately a restaurant is a place where everyone goes to eat food, not to make friends with happy chefs… who prepare over-priced, under-cooked, dog food.

I really like Einsteins. I work around the corner so I spend a lot of time having breakfast here and I have to say it’s my favorite. I’m a big fan of their salmon cream cheese, yes it’s a little strange but damn it it’s tasty. They have a great selection of coffees and they have a frequent coffee club that gives you a cheaper fill up if you buy an Einsteins mug. The bagels are the best I’ve found in Fort Worth. Nice and soft without all that tough rubbery skin. Sure it’s a franchise but they do a great job so there’s nothing wrong with showing a little love. This location is literally next door to TCU so if you go in the mornings get ready to wait in line because it’s a favorite of the student population. If you want fewer lines go between 9:00 am and noon.

I have waited a long time and many disappointments to write this review. About a year ago I think Einstein’s got new coffee carafes. Since that time their coffee tastes like water. Maybe they are putting too much water with a mixture maybe their coffee machine is broken —Whatever it is they need to fix it. They used to have the best breakfast coffee in town.

Love me some bagels. Add a schmear and I’m in heaven. This Einsteins gets a 3.5 from me — 0.5 off for the parking situation(which can be tough at times) and 0.5 for always running out of bagel flavors early. Also 0.5 off for always being packed with no table space. Hopefully the opening of the new 7th Street location will alleviate all three of these issues. On the bright side, service is fast and efficient. If a regular bagel doesn’t excite you, they have breakfast and lunch sandwiches that are delicious! It’s a great spot for a chain.

This is your basic chain bagel shop, but the employees here go above and beyond to make this location special. They are friendly and accommodating. There is a fun mix of college students, professors and locals who frequent during breakfast and lunch.

Bagels and muffins baked fresh every day on site. Delicious and health-conscious menu choices. Tasty hot coffees. Reasonable prices. Well-managed, friendly staff. Close and convenient to TCU. Plus free WiFi and lots of electrical outlets. What more are you looking for from a major-chain restaurant? This Einsteins Bagel location is one of the best in the DFW Metroplex. Give it a go!

If you’ve ever seen the movie Groundhog Day, you’ll know whereabouts my head has been on my last few stops in here, because every time I drop in, there’s about a 87% chance that I’ll run into the same folks in the same stations(not that there’s anything wrong with that), but one of them happens to have my name and we tend to have convos that go a little like this: Guy at first cash register: Hey! What are you having? Looks like an orange juice… and? Me, bleary eyed: Hmm. Plain bagel with cream cheese. Cinnamon Raisin toasted with butter. Guy: Plain cream cheese? Me: There are options? Guy: Yes Me: Sure. Plain. Guy: Toasted? Me: Not on the plain cream cheese bagel. Not toasted. On the Cinnamon Raisin, toast away. Guy: Name? Me: Kevin Guy: That’s an awesome name. That’s my name. Me: You know, we have this conversation every time I come in here. Guy: They’ll get you at the next register, Kevin. And with that I’m no doubt met by a mostly pleased to be up this time of morning individual who flips my bagels like a turnkey project. It mostly works, although last go round I felt like I really didn’t get what I asked for, so who knows. Know that they do a brisk TCU biz so they tend to be pretty hopping, and know that parking is ‘at a premium,’ which is a nice way of saying it’s tough. But I do appreciate a good bagel. More often than not, that’s what I get here.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE the bagels at Einstein Bros bagels. They taste fresh, have tons of different delicious varieties, and the cream cheese is perfect. They are bagel heaven. But… I am reviewing this particular establishment, and the customer service at this particular establishment was terrible. Everyone who I interacted with was rude to me, short with me, and acted put-out by my presence there. I felt like they were trying to rush me through, despite that they were not busy at the time. And, as such, they did not get my order right. I even tried to tell the manager about a mistake on my order receipt, and he actually shooed me aside and told me that my order would be ready soon — wait over there. So naturally I was worried that my order would be wrong, and so I asked the other employee who handed me my order if any of my bagels were cut or toasted. His response was an abrupt«no» and then immediately turned away and walked off. So I took what I got. I fit in the large percentage of the population that will not argue, but will not return. So sorry to the employees at the TCU Einstein Bros that I put all of you out by being there, but don’t worry, as I won’t be returning. I’ll venture a little farther to the one in North Richland Hills.

I love bagels. and I love gourmet cream cheese(who am I kidding I just love cream cheese period). This place is great because they have a HUGE variety of bagels, I mean massive. Chocolate chip, plain, 6 cheese, blueberry, PUMPKIN(I mean come on this is alot of styles). And then we come to the portion of the review I reserve for the breakfast«meal.» BAGELANDLOX! do I need to say more? No? ok I will Bagel with egg and cheese!(add bacon ok!) Also the Ice Tea is just amazing.
