Gizmo with ham and roasted tomatoes… so excellent. Lots of sweet salty ham, sweet tomatoes and good creamy cheeses on crispy toasted bread. Gooood stuff.

The mac n cheese was really good. I also got the Gorgie which was tasty but not as amazing as I hoping for. Maybe I’ll try another sandwich if we go back.

Yes, the Gorgonzilla is quite impressive. The pulled pork Mack and cheese grilled cheese sandwich is absurd in addition to the flavored steak Mac and cheese sandwich. Food truck park is where we discovered them and it’s wonderful. Will be back for sure.

This place was awesome. A group of friends and I went to 7th street to chill around the bars, but I hadn’t eaten dinner yet. Walking past this place I was starving and could not resist. This food truck was popping and everyone knew it was good and was worth the wait. You could see and feel people excited to order and to just here their name called for their food. When I got mine I understood why. Never have I ever had grilled cheese like the one here. I got the gilla and was watering at the site of it. It was nicely stuffed and fresh. Each bite was delicious and it was gone before I knew it. Will probably go on to try the q-monga next time. Drunk or not the best grilled cheese ever. Will definitely be back for more. Mouth already watering and stomach growling thinking about the sandwich.

I had the maczilla today at clearfork park and it was absolutely amazing. I did add goat cheese and turkey to my sandwich which made it even better. I will definitely go back when i get over the! I suggest if you love grilled cheese stop by the food truck wherever they are!

This place is fantastic! I love all things cheese and this place fits the bill. They have their signature sandwiches, the Gorgie(YUM, love goat cheese and the bacon is legit thick!), Q-Monga(have yet to try this one but I made my own with pulled pork and the pork is good and juicy), and the Gilla(Amaaazeballs, dat steak doe! And Mac and cheese is in the sandwich and is super good!) There’s he make your own option(The Gizmo) which starts at $ 4 and add meats for $ 2/ea and veggies for $ 0.75/ea. The price adds up pretty quick though if you add a lot and can be on the pricier side. I ordered the tomato bisque and side of grilled Mac and cheese for $ 2/ea. The bisque was worth it but my Mac and cheese seemed like a small portion… even though it’s only $ 2… maybe I’m just a cheap person: P This truck comes to my work place and I hope they keep coming! Can always use cheese to make my night at work! ^____^

Taking grilled cheese to the next level, this food truck will not disappoint the cheese sophisticates or the kids and all with a reasonable price. We only eat gluten for this indulgent treat. It’s a must try!

Yes, the Gorgonzilla is pretty amazing. The pulled pork Mack and cheese grilled cheese sandwich is ridiculous as well as the seasoned steak Mac and cheese sandwich. Food truck park is where we found them and it is awesome. Will be back for sure.

Went down to Clearfork Food Park yesterday and stopped by Gorgonzilla. Decided to build my own, basically a take off the Georgi. The sandwich comes with american and provolone cheese, so I added goat cheese, bacon, spinach, onion, and mushroom. Basically a party in my mouth. The goat cheese was an awesome touch with the bacon. But I mean, what isn’t awesome with bacon, right? I will be back — gotta try the Grilla.

Gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches sound like overpriced hipster food, but I’m glad I gave Gorgonzilla a try. I had their Gorgie sandwich yesterday, which has bacon, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese, provolone and spinach, and it was great and filling. The goat cheese wasn’t overpowering at all and the tomatoes balanced out the flavors. I was a little bummed that they only offered chips as sides, but the sandwich was so filling that I didn’t even eat the chips. The service was fast and friendly and I’ll be sure to check them out again. The Gilla is calling my name.

Holy hell! They were parked behind chat tonight. Had to try it out since not eating delicious bread and cheese didn’t make it on my new years resolution list. Thank goodness. Every ingredient was spot on. Very creative menu. I recommend the gorgie and the q-monga. What a treat!
