I bought two pairs of shoes online. I tried to exchange one pair as they did not fit properly. After finding a not so great, but acceptable alternative, I encountered the checkout person. Things went from ok to bad. I was returning a pair costing $ 99.95 and getting a pair that cost $ 49.95. When she finished her multiple scans she informed me that I owed another $ 14.95. I’m not a rocket scientist, but come on! She realized she had scanned the wrong item on my original receipt which, if she had looked, was unmistakable. She tried again and informed me that I would get back $ 6.95 on my credit. Again, come on! I just decided to deal with the post office instead and return them through the mail. If she is seasonal staff, they got taken. Horrible customer service.

I cringe every time I have to go into this store. The service I have received in the past year of living near here is always extremely poor. The employees are always rude and act as though I am an inconvenience when I ask a question. The only reason I even shop here is because I am required to wear heels at work and refuse to pay top dollar when heels are ruined every 3 months. I wish there was an Off Broadway close by!!!

Great selection of shoes. If you join their club you will get coupons in the mail. This is the best way to go. Also their clearance section has some pretty good finds. I recommend going here.

DSW is a classic example of how advertisements work and lure people into stores. After watching DSW commercials exclaiming that is where people got«those shoes», I decided to check them out. My feet are a challenging size and cute, reasonably priced shoes that fit my feet are often hard to find. After seeing cute shoes my friends and family members found at DSW, I had to try it for myself. Now my closet is full of shoes from DSW. My only complaint with this location is its stock. I came armed with a birthday coupon and could not really find anything that jumped out at me. First I looked at handbags and could only find a couple of cute Betsey Johnson bags, then I looked at shoes and clearance items. There wasn’t much to choose from. This location has nice enough employees(although they’re often MIA) but their selection is just not that hot.

I tried on 15 pairs of shoes, but they were all uncomfortable. I think some of the shoes in stock are cheaply made and thus uncomfortable to wear. I was looking for leather, black flats, closed-toe. Staple wardrobe necessity, and all I could find were clunky grandma shoes in pleather – Life Stride and Easy Spirit. The one pair of leather shoes that were comfortable were the Coach shoes, but they were over $ 100. The Denton location has way more to choose from in more youthful styles. :) My Nana loves her Clark’s, by the way. And she won’t mind me calling them«grandma shoes.» She’s my idol. Someday those Clark’s will be waiting for me!

What woman doesn’t love shoes. This place is a shoe heaven!!! And they have cute cute purses!!! Every time I go here I go straight tithe back to the clearance section. I war a size 9 and it’s hard to find good shoes in that size especially at a good price. They had 4 full rows of shoes my size. Yes some are still expensive but still to have that many options is awesome. Their hand bags and clutches are so cute too! The people who work there are so nice and always willing to help!

I really like the clearance section in this store. They have a wide variety and in a recent pinch they were the only store still carrying rain boots. Not just a few either. They had at least 8 different pairs to choose from. The staff is helpful but not annoying and everything is always clean and neat.
