I have purchased over a dozen pairs of Zelli shoes and without a doubt the product is flawless. What is NOT sadly is their Customer Service. I have been waiting for a credit to be issued on my credit card for over two weeks for shoes that they did not have in stock. I have placed numerous telephone calls and sent emails to all listed parties and only seem to get less than acceptable excuses. It is unfortunate that a company with such a stellar product cannot rely on their staff to carry the baton. In the future I will purchase the shoes from a local outlet that understands Customer «Service».
