If you want a great customer experience this is the place. We went in just to but insoles but we were met by Andy who from the first contact asked all the right questions. He put my husband on a machine that reads and recommends insoles. Then he showed him some shoes that were recommended for his foot problem, and recommended socks. He put one sock on him, with the insole in the same shoe and then put both shoes on him. I was like WOW. I wanted to but shoes just so he could wait on me. We bought everything but the socks. My mother in law then decided she needed a pair so he did the same with her. He also ordered hers in the color that she wanted and she bought the socks. He asked if I would like to try on anything but I declined. He pointed out that New Balance makes dress shoes too, which I didn’t know. I might be back for that. $ 400 later we were out the door but our experience was such a great one that I felt good.
