Great location near highway. Huge lobby with beautiful fountain. Quick check in. Double queen room was huge. Comfy big beds. Restroom clean and big. Big flat screen tv. mini frig a huge plus.

THISHOTELSUCK! I just checked in and they conveniently did not mention that they have no cable in the entire hotel. They took my money and then tell me that’s no cable for the whole weekend. I can’t even watch March Madness. I will give them a negative 1star if I could!

Nice looking hotel. No hot water in my room so they moved me. New room i actually had hot water for 15 minutes before it went cold. My new room had a sleep # bed which was cool. The staff was nice and friendly but no hot water is unacceptable.

Just got back from staying here for two nights. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice hotel bar, nice pool and hot tub, and a relaxing lobby. Would stay here again and would recommend it. Nice, professional, friendly hotel at a good price.

They get 2 Stars because the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, housekeeping was fantastic, and the shower is awesome. The rooms are great. Beds are small. Two doubles. Nice desk. Cable is good. Small refrigerator. No microwave. Iron and ironing board. Full length mirror. So, 1) the front desk is on the far end. You have to walk halfway through the building to get to the elevators that have been here since the building was built in 70’s. There are many entrances that require a room key along the building leading from the outside. 2) It is 26 degrees Fahrenheit outside and inside it is 40? Why am I freezing as I walk down to the soda machine that has a sign posted on it, «this machine does not except bills»…really? I am confused. What are you telling me? 3) After a long day we wanted to sit in the jacuzzi. Cold. Tell front desk. 7 hrs later still cold. 4) Paint is peeling off of the bathtub. The lobby looks great. Didn’t visit the bar. If you need to spend the night or two, this is the place. If you are a easy going don’t need much type of person, this is your place.

There are so many choices of hotel in the Fort Worth area, PLEASE choose another one or the same thing that happened to my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day will happen to you. The hotel is under new management and the façade and lobby of the place can be misleadingly nice. It is so very clear that the GM(Arun Patel) at this hotel is either looking the other way or does not care that his staff is stealing things right out of hotel rooms. The first room she was given had brown sediment coming out of the faucets, so the front desk offered to move her, which I thought was very customer friendly at the time. Had I known what was going to happen next, we would have recognized that as a sign to just leave the hotel completely. My mother-in-law moved her things to the new room assigned to her. After getting unpacked and settled into the new room, she left the room for just a few hours and came back to what seemed like a vacant room. Everything she had brought was missing(clothes out of the closet and drawers, no luggage, no electronics, even no bath toiletries and personal medication). After the initial shock, she called me and I assumed that there was just some mistake and they had moved my items. There was a lot of construction at the hotel and perhaps they needed the space for some reason. Once I arrived on the scene, the front desk was suspiciously tight lipped and unwilling to help, so I had to call the police to file a police report. I have left multiple messages since the stay with the Owner/GM(Arun Patel) and Best Western Customer Service. The customer service was at least kind enough to call me back to say there is nothing they can do because it is a franchise. The Owner/GM(Arun Patel) is apparently too busy to even call and apologize for the incident or provide an update on what he is doing to locate my belongings. I have never even been offered a refund for the stay. I have left multiple messages with his staff, which all say he will call me right back. It has now been two weeks and no response or return call. Please stay somewhere else — This review is about ensuring no one else goes through same traumatic experience.
