Mary was great I hope this is the right hotel lol because I don’t remember the exact address but it was a older woman with glasses she was really really sweet

The amenities of the hotel aren’t bad… indoor pool and hot tub, free breakfast… however, our window had a HUGE crack in it… on the inside and the outside… and everything in the room is run down. chair arms are all torn, carpet is dingy… good price, but I wouldn’t want to stay here more than one night.

It seems I made a boo boo, never stayed at this location. #Disregard

My fiancé & I booked this hotel through Expedia for 2 nights. When we arrived to our hotel room, there was white «stuff» splattered all over the entry room wall. As you can imagine I was disgusted, because it looked like (I am not over exaggerating)… Semen.. As soon as I saw this I called down to the desk and told them that my room was dirty & I wanted another room. The manager & the maintenance man came up to our room & «cleaned» the wall off (there were still spots left after it was cleaned). When I told the manager that I wanted another room, she told me that she wasn’t able to accommodate me because she was booked but that she would let management know. I was livid & disgusted. I would not walk foot back into this hotel even if they offered me a room for free. This type of thing is unacceptable & they had an attitude that made me feel like I was an idiot for complaining that THEIR hotel room was obviously not cleaned… End rant. Don’t stay here. It is also located in a pretty sketchy side of town.

The hotel is nice but located in a sketchy area of Fort Worth. I made a prepaid reservation on Expedia that could not be readily located upon arrival. General manager and staff person at hotel told me that «it was an Expedia problem — contact them». With all other hotels in the area booked, my family was in a bind. Only after a hardworking night auditor spent 45 minutes digging through the hotel information system was my reservation found. Thanks to her we had a room for the night.
The attitude of the general manager was shocking — poor customer service.

Friendly reception, very comfortable rooms, warm pool, and nice free breakfast. All in all, a great hotel stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were so generous in size. There is not a restaurant close by but the room was very quiet considering the closeness to the Interstate.
I recommend this hotel for a family stay!

Jamie was the receptionist really sweet. Hotels are just like the pictures service amazing and very on point beds are tough.
