I love the fact this store is well stocked with a variety of things to please everyone, but the music over the intercom is TOOLOUD. I used to enjoy shopping in there but these last few months whenever I go in to shop, I end up leaving and not buying anything because I can’t concentrate due to the LOUDMUSIC. PLEASE turn the music down!

You can always rely on BB&B for all your Bed, Bath, and other household needs. If it’s not at Target, I usually come here because I dread Walmart. A little pricey, but worth it

This store has everything but great customer service. I went in to buy towels and found a nice set marked 50% off. Got to the cash register and they were rung up full price. When I mentioned they were on sale the lady rudely goes«no there not». Before I can say anything she grabs the towels and walks off saying«I’ll get someone else to help you» So THREE other people had to come help me just inform me that the towels were not 50% off because they were in the wrong section. I pointed out that the name of the towels matches the name on the sale sign and that what they are doing is false advertisement. They then blatantly asked me what the problem is and what did I want. Long story short… I got my towels for 50% off but I will NEVER be going back to this store again.

The store location is always WELLSTOCKED. If you want something, you’ll never have to go elsewhere to find it. I’ve been to the location for years and I’ve always left with a few things. It’s helpful that they send out store catalogs. They always include a coupon, so make sure you don’t come here without one. Most are like $ 5 off $ 15 or 20% coupons. If you sign up for their texting alerts you’ll get another 20% off coupons. They say you can only use it once but you’ll notice when you sign up and use it, they text you reminders that you have it so I’m not quite sure what’s up with that. But just something to be aware of, YOUCANSAVE A LOTOFMONEY! The customer service here was probably«too good.» As in, every employee that saw me without a cart offered me one. Several also asked me if I had any questions and the one time I did, a store associate price checked something for me. This location was also super clean. They did have a clearance section in the back too. They offer a lot of things so refer to their website.

Horrible customer service !! I feel like they hate me !! I use to love BBB but this location I feel like they roll their eyes every time I come in. If you don’t have a receipt for your return they make you leave your item at store and«investigate it» at least that’s what they tell me !! And they never call me back they just keep it !!! I wish I knew how to contact corporate !

We registered here because they have a ton of practical items. Gift wrapping is also complementary for your guests when they buy off your registry. They make wedding registry easy. And when you get late gifts(saaaaay six months after your wedding), they make returns a breeze. Never had an issue with customer service. Plus they like e-mailing you coupons, so I always feel like a chump if I come here without one. For your average daily shopping? Cheaper and better exist. Like Babys R US, its for gift registering and for ideas.

While I love Bed Bath and Beyond’s products, this location has much to be desired. The aisles are so crowded with products that the carts can’t always fit, and I have knocked over displays on more than one occasion while trying to carefully maneuver the cart. Recently, I returned some gifts, and instead of putting it on a gift card like every other store, I now have to keep track of a paper receipt that has my credit on it(a corporate policy I’m sure, but annoying nonetheless). I tried to use it to make a purchase and the cashier didn’t know how to use it. I ended up paying my credit card and he said, «I appreciate it. That makes my job a lot easier.» I was surprised and disappointed that they don’t carry any wine refrigerators in the store. That is something I really wanted to choose in person, not online. Overall, I’ll be back because I love the products, but the layout and staff leaves much to be desired.
