As always, the container store is helpful and courteous and great for planning weird small spaces, today it was underneath a dorm room bed.
We were assisted by Will. Unfortunately for him we had a picture of the way we thought wanted it, a picture on a cell phone taken of a computer screen. Yup I’m that customer.
After a very brief wait Will collected all of the items that we needed and gave us some excellent advice on a small amount of assembly that had to be done.
Although the pricing at the Container Store can be high they pretty much have a solution for anything. I’ve also noticed that if you raise your hand or make eye contact an employee will come and help you with whatever you need.
I am continually impressed.

Ask the employee for help. It did not take him 2 seconds to tell me, that they did not have what I was looking for. It took me about 10 minutes to find shelving area. And there it was! Exactly what I was looking for. Thxs for not willing to help a customer..

Not only does this location have a great selection and helpful staff, they have a Fabulous staff with a heart that actually beats for human beings! They are empowered to make decisions! They have just earned my business for LIFE! After suffering two strokes it’s a challenge to get around most days as well as communicate. So, who would have expected that when I stopped to mention on my way out that these under-​the-​bed storage items I had purchased recently, had ripped to shreds during my recent move, would have resulted in an immediate refund and on-​the-​spot replacement?!! Thank you, God for small Blessings and The Container Store! And in full disclosure… they could expand their bathroom selection to at least half the size of their kitchen selection.

What a delight shopping at a store where every store associate smiles at you and asks if they’re able to assist you. The Container Store associates all have genuine smiles and truly enjoy their jobs. I love browsing through the aisles looking at all the unique items that The Container Store stocks. It’s a sheer pleasure to shop at The Container Store. It’s truly an incredible experience.

This place brings out your quirky O.C.D. side. Everything you could possibly imagine for organizing, you can find here. I wish I could makeover every closet and available space in my home with the tools and storage units I find here. This location is new– moved from the location in front of the Hulen mall. That just makes this parking lot even crazier! Central Market, World Market, Beauty Brands AND The Container Store? The weekends are a mad house. Accept defeat and prepare to park far from your destination. Check online before coming in– they are always running specials like 20% off or more.

This is definitely an improvement from the Hulen store. Better location, way bigger store and as always, fantastic costumer service. I’m much more likely to come to this store as it is more centrally located (around Hulen is always a traffic nightmare). Bravo on the new store!
