In a nutshell: — great specials — friendly and knowledgable staff — relaxing and peaceful atmosphere — excellent rapport with clients I highly recommend Jess as a masseuse. In addition to doing a thorough job, she remember my trouble spots and the amount of pressure I liked after only one visit. It’s nice to go to a spa where you can tell the staff really care holistically about their clients.

I have had multiple services done at Sage Spa and it is always a great experience! I would recommend pedicures done by Tammy or Linda. Both do a great job! I have had facials and waxing with Tammy. She is the only person I get facials from as she is so knowledgeable and keeps my skin looking amazing. I’ve also gotten numerous massages and each one was relaxing and helped get rid of my chronic knots. Kristie and Toni are my recommendations for massage. Overall it is a very peaceful and relaxing environment and I highly recommend them.

I came to buy a gift certificate for my mother who lives in fort washington, this is the closest spa for her. I parked my car and headed towards the train office to purchase a ticket before they closed, immediately a women yelled across the parking lot instructing me not to park there. I get it she probably thought i was taking the train, I walked towards her explaining ill be right back I am getting a gift card after i buy my tickets. Without letting the words travel she threaten to tow me in not so nice words. Her rudeness was beyond comprehension. Mind you the parking lot was close to empty. I moved my car to the lot next to the café, got my tickets and left. Customer service is obviously not there forte.

Received a gift card to this establishment after having my third baby. The amount was for 35.00 the cost of a pedicure. After receiving service there in the past, I was told they can’t do a pedicure because of my medical condition; which I was being treated for by a dermatologist. The dermatologist told me I was fine to get pedicures. When I asked for just polish I was told they couldn’t do that either. So I said I would leave. I asked for a refund of the money on the gift card, I was told no refunds are allowed. It states that NO where on the paper I had but I was told it’s on the website. The so called owner who put me on the phone with the owner again refused to give me the money paid for the gift card. The owner repeatedly insulted me yelling«I don’t know what to tell you but you have a medical condition.» I know what you could say, «I’m sorry here is the money for gift card.» UNBELIEVABLE It doesn’t surprise me the other reviewer had her car towed by the owner and yes the parking lot is always empty.

I visited sage spa yesterday at the recommendation from one of my clients. I received a microdermabrasion and a peel with Janine. The spa was very nice and clean, the receptionist was also friendly. I was lead to a relaxation room to fill out first time visit paperwork and then into the treatment room. Janine was very knowledgeable and through in explaining what results I could expect. I got a free lesson in skin care, she explained why the products work well together and also explained what I would feel during the service. I could not be happier with my results– my skin is glowing and super smooth, I feel like I’m looking at myself 5 years ago and will definitely be back for another treatment. Janine also gave me post care tips and three samples of face wash, moisturizer and a serum to try over the next month at home and see if I wanted to purchase them. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable– the perfect way to spend my Sunday!

Tammy did a great job with my pedicure. The room where you get your nails done is different then what you might expect. There is only one pedicure chair and one manicure station. So if you go with a friend you have the room to yourselves. Not to deter larger groups though, because Tammy said if you have a large group(i.e. bridal party) you will most likely have the entire spa to yourself. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the nail color selection. Not a deal breaker, but they only have Zoya brand nail polish and they don’t have a ton of colors — which could be a good thing to some because the abundance of colors can be overwhelming. It’s still a nice selection of colors, just not as many as other nail salons. While in the waiting area I was offered refreshments(tea/water/snack mix), which I thought was a very nice touch. I would certainly go back and would recommend Sage Spa.

Tammy does an awesome job with waxing, facials and pedicures! Had a pedicure 1 month ago and it still looks perfect! Great easy parking and convenient location. She is a great waxer quick, painless and meticulous. Definitely give sage a try!

Traveling for work means that you take advantage of whatever creature comforts you can. I had some time to kill since the Hungry Bear Café wasn’t opening until an hour from when I arrived, so I thought I would stop in to get a massage. Unfortunately, there weren’t any spots available, but Tammy offered me a seat on the couch in the ‘Relaxation Room’, which was pleasantly scented with something sandalwood/floral inspired with magazines and candles. I was touched by her generosity as she offered me hot tea and showed me where the restrooms were. I didn’t end up using any of the services, but if my experience was close to what they offer, I would gladly come back with an appointment.
