One of the best Ruth’s Chris Restaurants I’ve every had the pleasure of dining. The waiter Nicholas was great! Helped the newbies navigate the menu while making some great recommendations on some of the new menu items. Will come back again.

I was quite excited because I was invited to go to Ruth“s Chris Steak House for dinner. They are on my list of favorite restaurants, but I hadn’t been to this location. Their fine quality is luckily very consistent from location to location . Diane and I started this fabulous meal with a nice garden salad with vinaigrette dressing. The server brought beautiful, piping hot French bread at the same time. It was just soft enough and scrumptious with butter on the side. Next came the main course side dishes. We had the Ruth’s Chris signature Creamy spinach and delicious mashed potatoes. I loved it! I absolutely love Ruth’s Chris Filet Mignon steak. I ordered it medium and that’s the way it was prepared. Cooked perfectly in butter with 3 fantastic butter cooked shrimp on top, very large and beautiful. The steak was so tender, it melted in my mouth. It is a quite small steak, but it always seems like the perfect size. It was beautifully pink on the inside and grilled impeccably on the outside. I was in absolute steak ecstasy. For dessert, I had fabulous chocolate cake with berries on top(strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries). Diane asked for plain berries, so they brought her berries smothered in sweet cream sauce, oh well! It was a nice thought. I finished it for her. Ruth’s Chris has a perfect steak house formula for their dinners. I couldn’t find anything that I would change. They are very friendly and helpful in a spotlessly clean restaurant. I left feeling so wonderfully satisfied. If anyone has a guest they would like to impress, this is the place to take them. Better still, take me!!!

Celebrated a birthday at Ruth Chris. We had the porterhouse for two. They brought it out with the meat cut off the bone with it still sizzling in this hot plate. It was perfect. We did get a complimentary birthday dessert with our meal. Another thing to try here is the sweet potato casserole, wow! The second time time I went I had the cowboy ribeye. It a massive piece of steak. This one came fully intact and sizzling. However, the steak was not well done as ordered. They took it back and 15 minutes later it was done perfect. The only thing missing here is a military discount, but I guess u can’t have everything.

The meal and service was a huge disappointment. Our server(Magnus) couldn’t care less about our meal. We told him not to rush but he brought our meals out while our appetizers were still being eaten. When we told him of his error, he told us he would bring us new meals when we requested. Instead he brought out the same meals which were ruined. It didn’t matter when we told the management. The server was so bad he didn’t even ask how my wife wanted her steak prepared. I’m always ready to pay a hefty bill for a steak dinner, but Ruth Chris steak house is a rip off. What could you expect from a chain on a public exchange. Don’t waste your money or evening.

My wife & I celebrated our 20th Anniversary there tonight. Wow! We have been there before & enjoyed it but when the staff found out it was our 20th they really did an outstanding job taking care of us. From rose petals, hearts & an anniversary card on the table to a complimentary photo to commemorate the occasion to a wonderful complimentary special dessert to wrap up a wonderful night. We started off with the spicy shrimp appetizer which was excellent. I had the ribeye w Caesar salad & mashed potatoes while my wife had the filet mignon w Caesar salad & creamed spinach. Everything was fabulous. Of course the steaks were cooked perfectly & came out sizzling. My wife took some of hers home & they boxed up our desserts but brought us a complimentary chocolate lava cake with I believe a chocolate mocha mousse which was unbelievable. They really gave us a special experience & made us feel great. Yes it isn’t cheap but you really do get what you pay for. It is unusual nowadays to go somewhere & see that every detail has been thought through & that well trained personnel can make all the difference. Well done guys, well done.

We went here last night. The service and more importantly the food was outstanding. The only reason why I am withholding one star is because of the outdated styling of the overall look and feel of the restaurant. It is very dated and is in need of a new facelift. I will say again, my steak was cooked to perfection and was extremely pleased with all of the food selections last night.

Expected a high end experience, but soon realized it was just another steakhouse. Service was ok. appetizers and bread were ok. side dishes not worth the price. After all that, the steak was suprisingly good. I ordered Pittsburgh rare, filet was rare but not seared. NY strip came as ordered medium rare. Not an aged steak but tasty. Everyone is welcome, don’t need to dress for the experience. It will be a while before we choose to pay the price for an underwhelming night.

I came here 3 days ago to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. This steakhouse is one of the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. The steaks are perfectly cooked and deliciously flavorful. So, my boyfriend, his mother, step father and I ordered the wedge salad. You get a big wedge from an iceberg lettuce topped with blue cheese dressing and pieces of blue cheese chunks in the dressing, garnish with bacon yum! I could tell the dressing was from scratch. It was so fresh and very tasty, I loved it. The servers brought out 2HUGE T-bone steaks for 4 people and a few sizzling plates that is extremely hot! So be careful! We also had some lobster tails, omg! so good as well and the Potatoes Au Gratin which is the potatoes with the three cheese sauce. You must try! I will definitely come here again and I will recommend this place to all steak lovers. This restaurant truly lives up to its name.

Ruth’s Chris has definitely had a fall from grace… by the looks of it a free fall and still falling… uggh! Let me start by saying there is no dress code despite their website stating business casual. It was evident from the moment I pulled into the valet and watched patrons coming and going with the latest flip flops, t-shirts and thug wear, not a good start. Oh, that was the guys… a young lady walked by my table with so much thigh showing I’m certain all she was wearing was a button up shirt and thong underwear. This was just the beginning. Knowing we were a party of 2 from my reservation yet they seated us at a table prepared for 4. A waiter removed the extra glasses, place settings and dirty plates. Our waitress was a breathe of fresh air and the only thing right with our dining experience. She was pleasant, caring and even gave us a few chuckles. We placed drink orders and Kassie our waitress set our expectation that the bar was busy and it could take a little longer than usual. We looked over the menu in the mean time and made some early decisions. We started with an appetizer order of Escargot. We’ve had it here before and love the way they prepare it in a buttery garlic sauce. It took a little bit to come up but was well worth it. Wifey ordered Chilean Sea Bass served over a bed of sweet potato chunks and for a side dish ordered the creamy spinach. I ordered the strip steak with an order of mashed potatoes and Ceasar salad to start. This is where our evening took a turn for the worse. We were expecting the appetizer first and the Ceasar salad showed up at the table. I moved it aside as I knew it arrived out of order. Our waitress immediately recognized it and took it away and reassured me she’d bring out a fresh salad after the appetizer was served and finished. We reordered cocktails and then the wait for our entrees began. We waited, and waited and waited some more. Coincidentally our waitress Kassie also stopped coming around at this point. Nearly an hour went by and no entrees. Kassie finally reappears with an apologetic tone and said it wouldn’t be much longer. I demanded to see the manager. A few minutes later the manager arrived and I let him have it. I told him not only was the 45 minute to an hour wait completely unacceptable but I asked him about the apparent lack of enforcement of the dress code. His response was disturbing, «this is a corporate location that gets a lot of tourists and therefore the only thing we don’t allow is flip flops and ball caps.» Really? «Would you like me to walk you around the restaurant and point out the number of clowns you let in wearing flip flops, t-shirts and ball caps?» He sheepishly shrugged his shoulders. As for the delay in food coming out they offered to comp our entrees and sides. Wifey ate her fish and loved it. I ate about a third of my steak but was steaming still at this point and got disgusted enough to request my check and leave the table and all of the uneaten food. The food was delish but the damage had already begun. To top things off I was waiting 3 – 4 minutes for the valet to take my check when a couple of girls walked around the line to the front and handed their claim check ahead of me and he took it. Unbelievable! My birthday meal should’ve been $ 225 plus tip and it ended up at $ 85. Trust me, I don’t need the discount and it did nothing in the way of making the experience any better. I will never return without a personal invitation from the manager reassuring me he has returned his restaurant to the high standard I’ve loved and known Ruth’s Chris for. If I wanted this type of dining experience I’d have gone to a fast food restaurant for a steak dinner. Shame on you Ruth’s Chris!

Celebrating both an 80th birthday and Valentines Day dinner we visited this Ruth’s location. Having dined at many of their other locations we knew what to expect and what to count on. It was busy for sure, but were seated immediately upon arrival with roses for the ladies. Greeted at the table by the service helper Bobby was super nice all evening long. Our server was Jose who was professional, courteous and patient as we had a long dinner evening. As we had hoped, the food was superb, delicious calamari, wedge salads, and strips, veal chop or filets for dinner. The cocktails were prompt and always come out ice cold. Finished off with a chocolate and crème brûlée desert to share. Great evening, superior service and classic Ruth’s quality. Thank you for making our special evening even better.

We decided to try RUTH Chris steakhouse for happy hour. We learned that website might say opens me starts at 5:00pm but actually it is 4:30 — 6:30! If you want a place to sit make sure to be there between 4:30 — 5:15. Place is packed by 5:30. Love the crab BLT and the cocktails are great. Just get there early.

It’s just that I feel things are too condimented, over cooked veggies and rich beyond healthy parameters. We were however greeted by Eddie by name and that made us want to return so kudos to the valet. The dirty martini came clean, no olives :/and the food too salty even after I requested none. If I ate meat I’d probably enjoy this better. The one in Vegas was nicer looking but this place has better service. So it’s a upscale chain that really doesn’t impress and I guess is about like Mortons in category.

This is my favorite restaurant, period. I’ll admit it — I’m a regular. :) It has been family tradition since I was young to celebrate holidays and birthdays at Ruth’s Chris. The service, atmosphere, and food are consistently superior. I stop in for happy hour a few times a month and the bartenders, Jack, Ryan, and Kristian are friendly and serve awesome drinks. I’ve had nearly everything on the menu, but my favorites are the filet mignon, calamari, caesar salad, mushrooms, mac & cheese(when available), and cheeseburger. The cucumber martinis, cosmopolitans, and Meiomi pinot noir are among my favorite drinks here. Reservations are necessary on holidays. Valet parking only. I highly recommend this restaurant at any location.

This review is about the Happy Hour at Ruth’s Chris… We have been trying out Happy Hours in the local restaurants, this happy hour is the most expensive with the least amount choices and the smallest venue On another note, something in one of the apps gave me an upset stomach… There are MANY better choices…

The general manager called me and listened to my concerns. He was so nice and stated the server usually gets rave reviews. I guess it was just a miscommunication. Anyway he made it up to us by sending me a gift card and also telling me to call before I came to make sure everything is wonderful with our next visit. I will definitely continue going to Ruth Chris. This is the type of customer service I have grown accustomed to and appreciate from this restaurant. The call and time to listen to my concerns made all the difference. Good customer is so very important and I’m happy they listen to your patrons. Two thumbs up.

Where do I begin?! Let’s start off with the exceptional service. My waiter and his assistant, Dupree were excellent, very attentive and responded to my requests quickly. The food was oh so delicious! I had a garden salad and stuffed mushrooms for my appetizer. The salad was your basic garden salad with cucumber ranch dressing. I never had that before. It was refreshing and went very well with my salad. The stuffed mushroom were stuffed with lumps of crab meat. Yummy! Now to the entrée, I had the filet mignon with lobster tail, green beans sauteed in garlic and baked potato. The filet was one of the best I’ve had! So succulent, and cooked to perfection. Everything was phenomenal including my dessert, the crème brulee. It was smooth and creamy, just the way I like it! All in all, I had a wonderful experience, phenomenal service, and a scrumptious meal. I will definitely be back soon.

A top tier steakhouse that is starting to show a bit of aging. Came here with my family for my mom’s birthday on a Sunday evening. Pulling into the restaurant you really have no other option other than valet parking, which while has its glitz and glamor to it, I personally prefer to park it myself. Once we walked in, we were seated right away in the back dining room, and the place was empty, even though as the night went on, it filled up. Since it was my mom’s birthday, the table had birthday confetti on it, and a greeting card from Ruth’s Chris. And the end of our meal when they brought out dessert, they wrote in chocolate, «happy birthday» and gave my mom a scoop of ice cream to go with dessert(the dessert was already included in our meals). Needless to say the service was solid all around. Our waiter was very nice, and prompt in everything he did. Refilling our drinks and getting what we asked for was always done. At the every end of the meal he even took our picture and printed it out for us. I think the service was great, but didn’t go above and beyond to hit that special point. For dinner, I got the Ruth’s Classic, which is basically a three course meal of salad/soup, entrée, side, and dessert all for a fixed price. Started with a caesar salad which was good, but by far nothing special as goes the pantheon of caesar salads. The 16oz Ribeye I ordered was cooked to order at medium-rare, and very flavorful. Portion size was obviously large, and the melted butter added a nice touch to an already tasty dish. Mashed potatoes side dish was quite large, especially for one person, and the taste was good. The dessert was a seasonal selection of Honey-Cinnamon Cheesecake with Peach Compote & Chocolate Almond Bark. The cheesecake was excellent, even though the portion size was small. The chocolate that came with it tasted great, but it was a very heavy dark chocolate which didn’t work well after a heavy meal(it tastes better if you bring it home and eat it later on). The overall meal was around $ 57 for me, not including tip or tax. I also tried the Creamed Spinach and Smoky Chipotle Fingerling Potatoes, both were good sides, but I’m glad I choose the mashed potatoes over those items. Overall the food was top quality, but lacked that special factor to kick it up to the next level. Just another note about the atmosphere; went to the bathroom to wash my hands before the meal started, and I was not impressed. The bathroom was very small, outdated, and had a strong cleansing oder coming from it. The restaurant itself seems a bit outdated, and could use a tiny renovation, but I thought it was up to standards. The bathroom however for sure could use a major update if it wants to stay on par with the standards Ruth’s Chris Steak House has. Let’s talk about why the price is just way too high and why it matters. Are you getting high quality food and great service? Yes. Can you find those qualities elsewhere for cheaper? Yes. That’s it. Okay, maybe the service might be harder to locate elsewhere, because it is very good here, but the food isn’t at that level where I am dying to come back. The steak I had was excellent, yet I’ve had steaks just as good if not better elsewhere. Ruth’s Chris Steak House is a fine time for a special night out(birthday, anniversary, etc), but as a casual diner it can take a severe hit on your wallet. A tad bit overrated if you ask me. Food(B+), Pricing(D-), Atmosphere(B+), Service(B+)
