The only thing worse than having your AC unit break down in Miami, is having your parents’ unit break down as well. Mine was an easy fix, but theirs needed total replacement. Aaron was professional, accessible and patient throughout the entire process of identifying the issues (after 2 other contractors gave them the run-​around), and offering the best solutions. I lost count how many times he troubleshooted with my dad over the phone, sometimes just to give him peace of mind. It’s difficult to find that level of customer of service nowadays.

As a chiropractor owning my own office, having your A/​C crash on you in the summer in south FL was not a great thing to happen. I had known Aaron at AO Mechanical from a separate A/​C issue he fixed for me several years back. He was just as quick and efficient this time as he was a few years back. He took pictures of the broken piece (s) on my unit to show me, gave me options, and even came back several times within hours when additional repairs were needed. While the unit was being worked on, he also brought in a portable A/​C unit so patients could continue to come in. In the end he took a very difficult job and made it seem a lot easier than it was, AND saved me a bunch of money at the same time.
