Fort Greene Deli 2

Not a bad place at all. They have a great selection of beverages and they make a wicked bagel. If you find yourself chilling at Fort Greene Park at any hour of the day, it’s super convenient.

Wonderful new deli that opened up recently on Myrtle, and they’re open 24 hours!
The first thing that happens when you walk into Fort Greene Deli is that you’ll notice that it’s shiny and new, brightly lit, very clean, and spacious. It also smells amazing too, you walk in and you just want to order whatever it is that’s producing that wonderful smell.
I ordered a gyro on wheat pita, and it was one of my favorite gyros in recent history. It came with way more meat than I expected and you can add a bunch of toppings to it, but the hot sauce was the way to go. Honestly better than some of the gyros I’ve ordered in Astoria. Best $ 5 ever spent all day.
Awesome addition to my neighborhood. The guys working are so friendly and they deliver too. It’s a pain in the ass to get any food around here past 8PM that’s not Domino’s or cold cut sandwiches so I’m pretty happy about this place.
