I was in this location at least 15 times, each time I had bad experience, crew are very lazy, place always not clean and organized like other branches, missing sugar missing milk and very dirty around that area I always tell myself maybe next time it will be clean but I’m getting disappointed again and again.
The place is getting better now.

The customer service! Is just wow! The place is spotless and it’s one block from my apartment I love it!!! The wifi is great!!! The cheesy everything bagel gave me life today!!! It was toasted to perfection. I do kinda wish they would spread the cream cheese on to be honest. A it its fine. I can spread my own… Any way… My iced coffee was perfect not too much ice but still super cold! I will be coming back from now on! You guys rock for opening a Starbucks here in the Clinton Hill area I was getting tired of walking the three blocks to dunkin…

They don’t open reliably at 6am! Otherwise the staff is fine and the coffee is fine. It has been frustrating to come by at 6 before work expecting them to be open and seeing them still be setting up, not even close to opening for another 15 minutes.

Employees really need to stop tolerating the homeless man who frequently spends 30+ min in the restroom and asks customers for change. He is not purchasing anything and Needs to be asked to leave!
Besides this I can’t complain about this starbucks.

This Starbucks deserves more love! This is my preferred Starbucks. No drama, quick service, nice/​patient cashiers, lots of seating, nice location. Can it get any better? They have great coffee, and it’s not terribly crowded like most Starbucks. I’ve only visited this location about 4 times, but it’s only been good experiences.

I have been here many times since they opened. Really nice space, well lit, and the best thing is that the staff are always nice, helpful and just really lovely. This is a great place to work or study.

Nice space! I can’t believe we have one in Clinton Hill. Took a bit for my iced coffee. But will probably stop in from time to time especially because they open early during the week.
