Usually, I am a fan of FedEx Office. This place has poor customer service and lots of restrictions. They are generally unhelpful and don’t seem to know as much as other reps in other FedEx office locations. They force you to use the DIY machines which ended up costing me more money than the behind the counter cost would have been, all to save them time. I’ll take my business elsewhere even if that means going a little out of my way. I suppose they do enough business with college students to not necessitate providing a quality service. There is another FedEx office in town. I say go there instead.
