Computer Resource

Very interesting response to my complaint. As I said, the battery went dead a couple months after the purchase, which was after the thirty day warranty (besides, I was told at the time of purchase, and on the phone, that the battery is not covered by warranty). I didn’t realize that the charger was also bad until after I replaced the battery, which together was an additional $ 150 out of my pocket to be able to use the laptop I purchased — otherwise it’s just a brick with no power. Together with the Bluetooth mouse usb that was not returned after the repair, I’m out a total of $ 170. My real complaint has always been the way the problems were handled by Computer Resource. Extremely unprofessional way to respond to the issue. I would recommend anyone looking for a laptop, parts, or service to look elsewhere!

Our laptop stopped working and since we use it for our tv watching we needed a new laptop we decided to stop into computer resource and were greeted by carol we should have gone with our first instinct and turned around she made us feel very uncomfortable she would ask questions stop mid question and just stare at us like we should know the end of the question then attack us with whatever our comeback was. we ended up buying a really old laptop which we thought would be ok since we just planed on streaming tv but it was so slow like took an hour to to watch a half hour show. I ended up returning it and my luck there was carol again and I told her I wanted to return the laptop she went on and on with her off putting manner and I finally got fed up asking can I just return the laptop and after 15 mins of her blank stares and rambling she finally did it we will not be back mostly because of carol she totally turned us off well take our business elsewhere for sure

Very honest business, great service… spot on advice and fair prices in assembling a computer for me. I have purchased more than one computer here and I am very pleased. I recommend them to my friends and business associates. Give them a try!

This place was alright. Being that there are few places in Fort Collins at least to my knowledge where you can go and sell your computer back to somebody. I did think that the price that I got for buying the computer back was a bit low but I don’t know how fast they depreciate. Probably pretty fast since technology updates so much. Lots of refurbished computers here which gives me mixed feelings on the products… I mean I have had good luck with buying used computers but I have had other things that were refurbished and they sucked! I guess when it comes to computers I think going for a new one makes me think I am getting more for my money.
