I always stop in here whenever I’m in Fort Collins. They have a huge variety of clothing and accessories which are all really cute, some a little over priced but oh well! I have gotten some amazing steals on shoes here though and they have lasted forever! Definitely worth checking out!

You simply haven’t lived if you haven’t shopped here. The best store in Fort Collins. The staff is fun and helpful.

My daughter and I found this store and boy are we glad we did! We were so impressed with the help we received, the selection, and the prices! They have amazingly stylish, cute clothes at great prices. We did all of my daughter’s college-​school shopping here down to shoes, jewelry, purses, jeans and even formal dresses. I even bought a few things for myself. The next time I need anything I am heading straight to this store. I won’t go anywhere else until I check here first!

I love this place. They have a fabulous selection of hats and scarves. They have always been friendly and helpful any time I have gone in.

Shopped here today for my birthday and for a special occasion tomorrow. I was looking for specific items and I was able to find some of them on sale for an awesome price. The service I received from the women there was fantastic. They were so patient with me as I am a little picky. They helped me pick things out that I normally didn’t wear, and to my surprise turned out to look the best on me. I love the clothes, shoes, and accessories they have. The sales clerks are so nice and helpful, I will be back for more =)

I agree with what many of the reviews have said: overpriced low quality clothing. I also just plain didn’t like any of the clothing I saw. It seems like many of their selections are a season or two behind. I was surprised to see full price sandals on display over labor day weekend! Most shops have moved on to fall/​winter clothing by then and have discounted their spring/​summer offerings. Didn’t like anything I saw at all and when I did see something that might be ok, one touch and a look at the tag revealed low quality materials that would not hold up over time (and were not worth the price). Head over to White Balcony instead!

I still go in to Cira from time to time, and decided to update my rating.
The employees range from friendly and helpful to rude and horrid; you just have to hope you chose the right day to shop there.
I’m adding a star because I’ve found a few cute pieces here: low quality and rather overpriced, but cute nonetheless. It has a large enough selection, maybe you’ll find something you like if you’re looking for something cheap-​ish.

Contrary to the last review, there are indeed pants at Cira. I tried some on. I didn’t particularly care for them, but they were present. They even have jeans!
I do agree that the layout of the store can be random, but that is part of the charm. You could go there three times a week, and weeks into it, only then realized you missed the item that will soon become your season staple.
As far as merchandise goes, it’s pretty hit or miss. I abhor a bunch of the tops, but found my favorite summer dress there [and a bunch of awesome, cheap, anthropologie-​style belts]. Nevertheless, for cute, trendy, women’s apparel, it’s probably the best place to shop in FoCo. Your only other options are fighting the teenyboppers at Plato’s Closet, or driving down to Denver.
Also, yes, it is a glorified forever 21 [with less stock and less hassle]. Don’t expect your purchase to come with a lifetime guarantee. It won’t. But, kudos to the customer service. A skirt ripped upon first wear — I was able to return it, and get 20% off on my next purchase. Well, when there is a next purchase.
Ordinarily this store would get a three. But, I’m a fan, and there are limited resources in this here small town.
