Nutone Day Spa

I am so disappointed with the gel manicure I just got. I had been going to My Beautiful Nails, but they do a pretty average job, so I thought I would try Nutone, which is the only other place in town for nails as far as I know. For $ 35 (including the $ 10 fee to have the old nails soaked off), the manicure was so sloppy, I walked out of there sort of stunned at how awful it was. The girl who did them was nice, and I couldn’t bring myself to complain. But she didn’t do anything with my cuticles, so the gel was all over them, which I know means they won’t last very long (as soon as they start to grow, they’ll peel from the bottom). There are big globs at the edges and she missed spots, which makes it look like my nails are oddly shaped. They’re just really bad. Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Such a shame.

I love Nutone. I have now been a client for over 3 years. I get my nails and toes done every three weeks and have never been happier. Jesieka does the best job on my nails of anyone I have ever tried. Megan P. (they have 2 Megan’s) does my cut and color and I am always happy with the results ! She does great toes too ! Jade does my facials and brows and I always get compliments on my skin :) she did 6 weekly microdern treatments and the results were fabulous ! I couldn’t be happier with a salon !

as a visitor to Ft. Bragg, I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I called around, and the 3 places I found were all booked-​up for 2 days… (it is graduation /​prom week) but I did find an opening at Nutone Day Spa, so I took it. My mistake was not asking the price right at the booking. Silly me, I figured it would be close to all the other pedi’s I’ve had…$ 20 – 25.
WRONG ~ the charge was $ 40. Now it wouldn’t have been all bad if I had received a great Pedicure… but I did not. The girl got polish all over my cuticles, and on the skin along the sides of my nails. I had to re shape my nails, and then remove the polish from the skin. Not very professional, at all… so I wonder how others feel like this place is fabulous, and very reasonable?

they always make sure your comfortable all the employees always have a smile on there face.
I must say there prices are very reasonable for the wonderful service they have i always leave nutone day spa with a smile on my face.
