The only thing I can thank my ex boyfriend for is introducing me to Indian food! I love this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The first few times I came in, I honestly had no idea what to order. Even if they were busy, they would give me samples and explain all the dishes! If you are not sure what to get, just ask them and they will help you find what you like :) The food is consistently good and everything is very clean! I am so happy to see that they are doing well and expanding. I love coming here to get my curry fix!

We’ve been coming here for years. It’s always great. My wife always gets the Chicken Masala and I usually go for one of the spicy chicken dishes. Portions are pretty large. We usually split a two item combo and get an extra naan. It’s all about the NAAN!

Great food and friendly service at a fair price by Nikki and his team. This is our only place for getting samosas for all our pot luck parties. The samosas are always a big hit.

Came for lunch with a few coworkers and got the two item combo. A good amount of food for $ 10. Got the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Lamb Curry. Why one star? Because the Lamb Curry gave me ridiculously bad food poisoning that night. My coworkers did not get the curry and they were fine. Do not recommend, especially since the curry was an extra $ 2.

It’s excellent Indian food. My brother and mother love to get the yellow and red curry. They’re big spice fans. I’m not big on spice, but I think their curry is delicious.

Had the chicken Madras and samosas again. Medium spicy. The favors and spice were spot on. Love this place.

Everyone deserves a 2nd chance… which is why when I found out hubby wasn’t coming home for dinner one of the days last week, I figured it was the perfect opportunity to pick up dinner at Natraj’s. My last visit was later in the evening, a few minutes past 8pm. They close at 10pm with combination service until 9:30pm. The manager that commented on my review suggested that later in the evening, the food is not at it’s optimal freshness which I would agree could be the case. Therefore this visit I made it a point to stop by earlier and was there shortly after 6pm. So that I could be fair in my assessment, I ordered the same 2 items as last time: Chicken Tikka Masala & Saag Paneer. The Chicken Tikka Masala was decent like my last visit. The Saag Paneer was still very bland and the paneer although not as dehydrated as last time, was still disappointing. I wouldn’t say that fast casual Indian food is not for me because I’ve had the combination meals from Nina’s Indian Grocery(which I believe is of the same ownership) before and really liked it. Perhaps I will give their fine dining locations a try some day. I bumped up my review by 1 star since the Saag Paneer was ever so slightly better and the service was definitely an improvement from the last time.

If it were up to me, they would get 5 stars. I love everything that I have tasted here. And the staff is always friendly. The only issue is that twice we have gotten take out, my wife has found a bone in her chicken tikka masala. I will keep coming here, and we haven’t found any bones in a few months.

Craving Indian food tonight so we stopped by this«fast food» version of Natraj. It’s located near the Foothill Ranch movie theater, in a food court next to Peppino’s. There is plenty of parking in the shopping lot. As soon as we walked in, we were overcome by the delicious smelling food! We got there around 5pm on a Sat. night, and no one was there yet. There was 1 guy at the counter and approx. 4 in the kitchen area. I decided on the 2 item combo plate and got the tiki Marsala chicken and the regular chicken(without the sauce). It also comes with rice & salad, but I requested all rice. It also comes with naan. I requested the garlic naan, which I think was .69 cents more. The guy at the counter was friendly but interestingly enough, before I even decided on my 2 item combo, he immediately started scooping the chicken tiki marsala. I asked him how he knew that’s what I wanted, and he said he could read people well. Hmm… My 2 item combo was $ 8.99 plus .69 cents extra for the garlic naan. All of that deliciousness for less than $ 10. Awesome! I’ve been to their Natraj Cuisine restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita, and actually thought that the restaurant in RSM was slightly better tasting than this place. The naan is definitely better at the RSM location. However, you can’t beat the price at this Foothill Ranch location, and when you’re craving a quick Indian food fix, this place definitely does the trick!

They have amazing cooks and lunch with a 1 item, salad, rice, and fountain drink comes to about $ 10.50. Everything I have tried is excellent and fresh. I eat here about twice a week. I could eat here every day. The staff is super nice also and will explain what any dish. There are a lot of vegetarian options as could be expected. I have nothing but good things to say about it and definitely recommend it.

My wife and I used to come here often every time we crave Indian food. It has been months since the last time we were here so I decided to drop by and get food to-go. I ordered my usual chicken tandoori and creamed spinach with rice and garlic nan bread. For my wife, I got the chicken masala and creamed spinach with rice and garlic nan bread. To my big surprise, disappointment and WTF moment, I found out when I got home that the female server at the counter gave me only one piece of drumstick that barely had meat on it and it was very dry and overcooked. How do you eat the rest of the food without the chicken tandoori to go with it? YOUDON’T!!! I ended up throwing it in the trash. I would never have been served this terrible and minuscule quantity before when Nicky and his crew manned the place. The $ 8.99 charge for the combination meal was way too much for what little food I got. It will be years before I go back to this joint.

I’ve been here quite a few times for warm delicious Indian food to go. Today though I’ll finally give these guys a review. I ordered the two item combo, no rice, extra salad. I got the chicken tikka masala and saag paneer with a Dr. Pepper to drink. I tipped the cashier and added one dollar to the pretty full glass tip jar at the counter. He was the only guy there and really nice too. An easy lunch to go. They always have super flavorful Indian food. The chicken was smokey, spicy and creamy all at the same time. The saag paneer had big cubes of cheese buried inside which gave the spinach saltiness and texture. The salad added a much needed tang with it’s yogurt dressing and the naan sopped up all the sauce. Today was a kinda rainy dreary day so this meal was perfect. Great service and food that comes out quick to eat there or to go.

Located next to Foothill Ranch theaters. Natraj’s never fails to be great. Chicken Marsala excellent floor not spicy. Chicken curry is spicy and really good. Curry lamb is cooked low and slow so it’s very tender and is a little spicy. Great stuff. They also serve naan bread with combo platters. Figure about $ 12.00 for a three item combo plate with rice and naan bread. Enough to take home for a second meal.

I have been to the other Natraj in RSM and they have great food, so when I was craving Indian food and was in foothill ranch, I knew exactly where to go. This is a fast food type Indian place… reminds me exactly of Panda Express but with Indian food. It smells great right when you walk in and is very clean. I am really simple and I don’t like the super complicated and spicy items so I stuck to what I like. I got the 2 item combo, my 2 items were chicken tika Marsala and that eggplant dish… I forget what it’s called but it’s always popular at Indian places. The combo was served with rice and bread. It was a lot of food! I ate lunch and had enough left overs for dinner. It was so yummy and filled me up! I used to not like ethnic food, but natraj has totally changed that for me. It’s really good and filling! Great food and even if you don’t eat Indian food often I guarantee you will be happy that you are here!

This is my go-to place when I want Indian food and FAST! It is set up as a to-go joint(like Panda Express except a million times yummier). You get rice(or salad), and you can choose one or more sides. Indian food is my soul food, and I bliss out every time I eat their food, especially the tikka masala and the mushroom-pea dish that they have Fridays and Saturdays. I love their food and I love that they are always smiling and friendly. They are friendly to my kids, too, and my kids attack their tikka masala, tandoori chicken, and naan. Oh, how I enjoy not cooking. Thank you, Natraj!

Man… I love this place! I’ve been to a handful of different Indian restaurants and I’m very picky about my Indian Food. When you walk in, the smell just immediately makes me salivate. MmmMmmm… I love the Chicken Tikki Masala. It has a perfect blend of spice. And the Paratha… YUUMM! The Garlic Naan is good, but if you’ve never had Paratha, you’re missing out. This place also has a good feel to it. It’s small and simple like a Chinese takeout place. For Indian food, you can’t beat the price. The service is ALWAYS great. been here on multiple occasions, lunch and dinner. always a pleasure.

So I’ve been to most of the other Natraj establishments… including the non-affiliated one in Long Beach that literally blows all chain Natraj out of the water. They have pretty much the same stuff, with is say, the Sand Canyon exit one being the best, along with Nina’s, the Marketplace one is dead to me. These guys are doing a little bit different fare though, so it was nice to not have my staples available. Their mind is literally blown as to why you wouldn’t eat rice or naan, but the guy offered me a salad in lieu of rice. It would be nice if they’d stop serving in styrofoam. Eww.
