Tortas Sinaloa

How does this place only have 36 reviews?! This place is my go to place for the best aguas frescas. This are drinks such as horchata, lemonade, watermelon, pinnapple and even guava all made fresh real ingredients. Be warn though once you have one of these real fruit drinks there is no going back to that machine made junk. All other places horchata will suck in comparison to this place. unless you actually go to Mexico. Tortas are average and could get be larger to be honest. I go for the drinks almost exclusively. I perfer there burritos over the Tortas.

Great tortas, I love their milanesa tortas but they are ALL good. They also have giant quesadillas and really good tacos al pastor. Today I tried a caramel crêpe for breakfast and it was delicious. Another big plus is that they have about 7 different aguas frescas.

This food is amazing! I am a loyal customer, but customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They take forever to serve you, girls have attitudes, and put you on hold for so long everytime you call to order. Like I said, food is of amazing taste and waters are delicious! Please train your employees properly.

Came in with my family for some torta. This restaurant used to have a B for their food grading. Today 12÷5÷15 they now have an A for their grading. We ordered our tortas at 10:30 pm and wanted to dine in but the lady forced us to order to go because it was more important for her to get home. To get to the point. The meat wasn’t even heated. It was some cooked meat from hours ago. I told the lady the problem and she didn’t even want to make me a new sandwich or offer me my money back. As soon as I told her I was going to report the restaurant to the FDA she opened the register so quick to give me my money. I will never come to this restaurant ever again. This is why they used to have a B. Smh never again. Ever.

First time her Oder a Milanesa torta and a hochata it was Delicious. Going back for crepes they look great!

I placed a phone order at 12 noon. I asked if it would be ready by 1230 they said yes. I get to the restaurant and told them I was there to pick up my order, the cashier asked the cook if the order was ready, and his response was «it’s only 1235 I haven’t made it».

Service is horrible. Waitresses are rude and don’t care if they give you the right order. Took almost an hour to get my food and they kept telling me it wasn’t ready when it was sitting there the entire time. They were too busy talking and flirting with other customers.

Absolutely the worse service here. I ordered 2 tortas and like 4 drinks at 6:40 pm. I finally received them at 7:42. I’ve never waited over an hour for two lousy sandwiches. On top of that the drinks were full of ice and the tables were terribly dirty. I can’t say a single good thing about this place.

We all have bad days but every time I come is the SAME ATTITUDE! I’m a happy person I always try to make people smile. It doesn’t seem to work here… I just take my agua Fresca To-​go. Food is expensive! Not worth it.

The food and drinks are always on point. The area that seems to need improvement is the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. This place has a lot of potential, I hope they get a good manager to oversee operations.

Amazing food. There’s a few messy tables but I’m letting it slide bec the food is very very good. I had a Fontana torta. Has beans cheese avacado tomato lettuce. It came out pretty fast. Horchata so much flavor. You seat yourself unless it’s to go. The lady will come and clean your table if necessary and take your order. 5 minutes your food will come out. Good amount of space a lot of tables. They have a wide variety of tortas and fresh waters all at very good prices.. Highly recommend. Not sure if any English speakers are here. No sodas! The red salsa is VERY hot but tasty. This place is way better then I expected. Not pricey at all. I came around 130 on a Wednesday. Decently busy. I’m sure later in the week it’s crowded.

Love love love love the food here & the agua fresca but my #1 FAVORITE are the Crapes. They are so delicious only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because the manager is such a bitch! So rude to every single customer every time I go, & I go often. Always has an attitude. It’s not our fault you hate your job if that’s the case just quit! I suggest you just call & pick up your order instead of dining in there

Ricas y diferentes tortas. Tienen mucha variedad y además aguas frescas de frutas naturales. Me gusta el lugar aunque se ve el piso un poco sucio, le hace falta que lo limpien con mas frecuencia. Lo que no me gusto es que son muy caras: $ 10.82 por una torta y una agua de horchata

Very rude employees and bad customer service! I don’t care if the food it’s good if I don’t like your service I’m not coming back.

Really bad customer service. Took a long while before they came to ask us what we want it. I had to get up and order my food for me and my family. The dum manager was so fucken rude and she is called to be a manager she is to far from been a good manager. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE… We wont come back to this fucken place ever again. Food was tasting like crap only the flavor waters were ok.

So sad, this place was once a very cool restaurant. Seems like they got cheaper bread for the tortas. Doesnt taste as good anymore. The bread is dry. If anything I will just come for the drinks.

If anyone is willing to wait at least 20 minutes before they even get a hello or menu! This is the place for you. The restaurant is dirty, they charge you for using your ATM card, no credit cards accepted, and the waitresses are rude. I would recommend King Taco across the street or Gallo Giro a couple of blocks south of this location. Don’t get me wrong, the food and drinks at Tortas Sinaloa are very good, but the service by far is the worst I’ve ever encountered. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by them.

This place is good, but beware. I’ve been here a few times and today they took 40 minutes to give us our food. (And we ordered to go) and the got our order wrong, plus they didn’t give us our drinks. And when we told them they wanted to see our receipt to verify. They have horrible communication, rude customer service, and they can’t seem to get their stuff together. I’ve seen tables wait 15 minutes for a waitress to get their order. They need to come up with a better solution of getting food out correctly and promptly. 40 minutes for a torta? Ridiculous

Me and my husband have been coming here for about 2 ½ years and we love this place the tortas, tacos al pastor and aguas frescas are the best my husband loves their tacos de lengua. We have tried different tortas and we’re never disappointed. We definitely recommend this place. The only thing I don’t like is that if you need to use the restroom and they’re ready cleaning be prepared to pee in your pants because they wont let you in, then if you complain manager is rude. Other than that the food is delicious.

This place is really good starting from the tortas to the hand made tortillas for tacos, about the drinks you cant go wrong there very good different flavor waters to choose from. Sometimes food dose take long to arrive but is like anywhere els u have to wait for your turn and some meat has to cook so
I don’t mind the wait while my service is good, food is good pshh why not! :)

Went in and tried their flavored waters. I had the cantaloupe water and it was really good. It had chunks and pieces of cantaloupe too which I loved. My cousin got the watermelon water and it was really flavorful as well.
I also had their carne asada torta last time and it was the best torta I have ever had. I’m really picky with my mexican food as well so I’m glad to have found a place I actually like!
Will definitely come back! :-)
