Finally got good service and hot food thanks to our server Roger! We might even come back

I represent a non profit charity tasked to put on a presentation party for a deserving two year old cancer patient. IHOP is his favorite restaurant so we choose this location next to the hospital. I wish I could remember the Manager and waitresses names, they were so accommodating and wonderful to our party. I was alone so they helped clap and cheer along as the little boy opened his presents. The employees all went above and beyond their normal duties and I thank you very much for helping this tough little cancer patient have a great day and Christmas to come. Thank you for all you did.

Service was good food was good our server Hilda and her helper Yuly were excellent I would definettly come back to this location

I love this place, i always come with my family just try to NEVER get waitress named LESLEY! She never came up to our table to ask for refills or how we were doing worst waitress not the first time she did this but besides that we love it here :)

Ihop is one of my favorite places to have breakfast at but specifically the one in Fontana on Sierra Ave… The moment I walk into Ihop all of the employees, whether it’s servers or hostess great my party and I. I am a regular as well as my family that most of them know us by name… Everyone is so friendly and helpful… The food is always cooked well and on time. Everyone is so helpful. I know I don’t have to depend on only my server to come back with a refill because another server or hostess has it on its way already! The best part of this ihop is that the wait to be seated is always short. I’ve never had to wait more than 20 min to be seated… The line moves relatively fast! The temperature inside is always just right! I love that Everyone moves so quickly and work as a team as I’ve been observing since it opened. The moment I’m done with my food it’s just a few minutes before someone passes by and removes my dishes. That ihop’s location was just perfect! So convenient for everyone who lives towards valley blvd. :)

I always come to this place, in fact I tell my family to come to this location. Today was the worst service and food. The waitress took my food to the wrong table, got it back and took it to the kitchen. Got other food to another table and then brought me the food. By the time the food reach my table was so cold that I send it back. The cook put it in the microwave and heat it up for me. The omelet was discussing. We order white bread and they gave us wheat toast. I told them that this is not what I order. After a long time they got me white soft bread horrible!!! The pancakes were the worst. A nightmare, the toppings were dripping from the plate and my table looked so discussing. I told the waitress and she was going to talk to the manager, and guess what. He never showed up. Later she came in with the bill. Wow, these people need some training. IHOP Headquarters, please help these managers and teach them how to handle customers issues.

My lady and I were in a rut. We usually only went out to restaurants on special occasions, especially during the holiday season. But last December, after we finished Christmas shopping with time and money to spare, I wanted to treat my better half. We decided on Ihop. We knew not to expect anything fancy, but this place was really something, AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY. We get there, the first thing we see is a sign that said they’d be closing early, sorry for the inconvenience. We got there with almost two hours before closing time. It was far from crowded, and yet the hostess and waitress gave off very pushy vibes. We ordered a sampler platter and everything but the chicken strips looked old and tasted like crap. The main entrée wasn’t any better. The absolute killer though was, during the meal, this lady walks in. No uniform. She and the hostess say what’s up to each other like they saw each other in the mall or something! Very unprofessional. It doesn’t stop there! This lady goes into cooking area, chit chats with the cooks, grabs food to put into a to-​go bag, and leaves. My guess is she worked there. Again, unprofessional. This is not the date night I had in mind at all. I felt ashamed I took my girl there. I doubt I even left a tip. It was ridiculous.

Today I had breakfast here and the turkey bacon is getting better, it was more crisp then limp and chewy! Always busy at this location but good service and huge dining area

I have eaten here before and the food is sub par compared to other locations. However on this particular occasion the biggest issue is the staff. I waited 30 mins for a table because that was the quoted time. Still no table and then when i inquire of the wait time i am told another 30 minutes and still no table. I look over at the list and there is still at least 10 people ahead of me. I can think of better ways to waste my time, then waiting for some nonexistent table.

Friendly service… awesome food… fast and efficient… I would totally recommend this place

Very friendly staff. We were joking around the whole time and they were good sports about it. Very prompt service too.

I ate here 11/10/14…the service was excellent! I had my usual… pancakes, egg whites, hash browns and crispy bacon. The waitresses were very friendly and professional. My food came quickly and it was hot. I will patronize this ihop again.

The food isn’t great, It isn’t bad either.
It’s like a more expensive version of denny’s.
Our order came out to 40 $ that was for 3 people, normal breakfast with 1 soft drink and 1 orange juice.

Brand new spot in front of the new king taco and by In n out. Creating what I like to call «the trifecta». Great food, servers are friendly and approachable. Would defiantly recommend it!

Shiny, clean, and brand new! This used to be Spires, then they changed it to Leo’s. The place is larger than the IHOP on Foothill so they’re able to seat more people. I’m glad they opened this location.

Simple American food quick and easy & inexpensive its IHOP. This location is close to home, new the service was good the food was ok not Bad.

I came because I got a coupon in the mail I had a coupon that said free entrée with purchase of any entrée and two drinks up to $ 9 and most of their entrees were $ 10 and up so I paid for my 3 kid’s drinks for $ 7.10 and left
