11:11 Burgers & Beignets

almost as good as Café du mond. love the blackberry sauce that came with it. will most definitely be back to try the burgers and other savory options. had the powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar beignets. I honestly enjoyed the powdered sugar ones better.

Burger meat was bland. Man n cheese was like the 50cent Mac n cheese you make at home. Bacon on burger was the only decent thing.

Best burgers and fries in Fondy! The hamburgers are fresh not frozen and are Amazing! They will also have specialty burgers of the week that are pretty good. The fries are fresh cut and enough for you to split with a person. My son loves the grilled cheese.
They have excellent customer service, some of the best in Fondy! Alway friendly and uou can tell they have fun!

I’ve been here 3 times now. Not anything special, and definitely not worth the money. Last night cost $ 22 for 2 regular burgers, a large fry and 2 cans of soda.
The burgers were fast cooked. The outsides were well done, to the point of being dry while the insides were not done at all. The fries came out cold. The sodas were good though. But then, they came prepackaged/​prepared from the factory.

Burgers are great. Served the way you want and quick. The little place is well decorated and clean. People very patient with newbies like us. The French fries were even better. Blanched first and cooked crispy and chewy. But that’s not even the best part. The beignets were to die for. I like the original with the powdered sugar but the sauces were acceptable and the cinnamon sugar ones were good. I would highly recommend this place if you get up to Fond Du Lac. It’s right on Main St. I will definitely be back.

Finally, Fond du Lac has a place that serves a great burger!!! There are a couple of places that make decent burgers, but for the most part, places around here serve forgettable, or down right crappy, burgers. While I have to admit that, in general, I usually prefer the thicker, grilled, pub style burgers, occasionally I crave a well made flattened burger, cooked on a flat top, frying in its own delicious fat. 11:11 makes one the best of the latter. These burgers are thin, but not too thin, with a perfect, slightly crispy crust, and well seasoned. That last might seem like a thing but I hate getting a burger, at a restaurant, where the cook didn’t bother seasoning the meat before it went onto the grill or flat top. Without proper seasoning a burger just falls flat. Not here though. These burgers are seasoned perfectly. It’s nice to see a place take such pride in something as commonplace as a burger. It really shows what a burger can be.
I also love the fact that they make their own fries from scratch. Some people complain that they are too dark or slightly too crispy, but these are perfect, made from scratch fries, not something that was once a potato, blanced in water until all the potato flavor is lost, before being fried, that is served by just about every place that serves frozen fries, which in Fond du Lac, is just about every single restaurant.
In my opinion their weakest link is their Beignets. Not that they are bad. They are really delicious, but every time I’ve had them, it seems like the dough has been slightly overworked, creating a product that is just a little too tough and a little too chewy to be a perfect Beignet. This is a very minor issue though, and, trust me, I’ll never turn down a chance to eat a bag full of their Beignets.
The place is small, and kind of quirky, but I love it. it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but this place is kicking out some really good food, and I hope that they make it here in Fond du Lac, because this town needs more places like this and less of the same old, same old.

What a great burger! Fresh meat done on a flat top… the grilled cheese with a burger pattie and fried egg. phenomenal .really friendly folks. quick service too. Beignets are every bit as good as New Orleans… do yourself a favor and try this place out!

This place is a good thing for Fondy. The menu gives a bit of a sticker shock if you don’t realize what you’re getting, but know that even a «Regular» size burger is a GOOD size. Menu is not real simple– not the easy «Value Meal» concept alot of folks are used to. Everything is ala carte– similar to a Five Guys.
Fries have partial skin still on, so if you don’t like that (I personally love it), stay away from the fries. My only critique on the fries would be that they overfry them a bit– 45 seconds less in the frier would be a good move.
Beignets are solid. Not really into the sauces– wouldn’t mind some whipped cream though. And please– GET SOME COFFEE TO GO WITH THESE! :)
The place is small, so if you’re bringing more than 4 – 5 people, make sure you call ahead.

I don’t hang out in Fond du Lac. Never have. I’ve never had a reason to go… but now I do.
11:11 Burgers and Beignets is awesome. Beyond incredible. I’ve not had a burger as good as this anywhere in Wisconsin… and I’ve had A LOT of burgers in Wisconsin. In fact, I’ve hit all the «must eat» burgers in Milwaukee and Madison and even some in between… and none of them hold a candle to this burger in Fondy.
Perfectly seasoned meat, and amazing bun, scrumptious toppings… this place hit the jackpot on good burgers. Fries were good, beignets weren’t nearly as awesome as the ones I’ve had in New Orleans (but that’s okay, I didn’t expect them to be) …they are better than anywhere else that tries to make them in Wisconsin.
Service was good and fast. The person taking my order did screw up my order, and I got the wrong burger… but after how awesome the burger was, I couldn’t even be mad. I’ll definitely be coming back to get the right one… and I can’t wait.

We ordered a «big hump» burger which was pretty good (not worth the $ 11 they want for it) a chicken sandwich (which was nothing special) and a kids meal which we never received at all. The service here is seriously lacking. We ordered and were treated like we were stupid because we didn’t know our options as we had never been there before, went for the grand opening, and there is nothing on the menu about it. We then were given our food bagged up to go, maybe this is how they do it, I didn’t order to go. We took our greasy bags and left. When we got home we realize that they didn’t give us our kids meal, which was the first thing ordered (we weren’t charged for it either)
the lady looked right at us and acknowledged the words we were saying. Overall, decent food, bad service.

Fries are the only thing that is just good. This place is great. Limited menu, but what they have they do extremely well.

Love the burgers! Homemade patties! Hand cut fries! Will be making this a for sure stop again! Its nice to finally not have another ‘food chain’ open up in Fondy! Finally a REAL burger place! Thank you

The burgers are excellent. They have pulled pork and Nathan’s hot dogs too. When I go back to try those I’ll update the review
This is not a typical fast food place. Worth a stop.
