I felt my first appt with Dr. Khalili went well at the «Timberlake Way #240, Sacramento, CA» address. There was a delay in getting in to see him but once I saw him, everything went well. He was pleasant, personable and professional.

I have been treating with Dr. Khalili for at least 4 years and he is the best neurologist provided by my insurance. However, his medical staff are the most unprofessional, lazy, and uncaring staff. I suffer facial spasms, got authorization for botox injection on Feb. 19 and have yet to get a response from their staff to schedule the appointment. I have called twice to leave a message… no response. Today I called the Folsom office to find out what’s the delay and spoke to the rudest staff person passing me on to the Sacto office because she doesn’t make appointments for «these types of things». The office staff is absolutely incompetent.
