I am glad we wandered in to this place for lunch. Their wood fired pizza is delicious. The mixed green salad was simple and delicious. I will definitely return again and again. Next time, will be for dinner.

The pizza was excellent! Great atmosphere, very nice staff and enjoyed the wedge salad. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Pizza was amazing! Great customer service. Instead of bread they give you thin pizza crust for appetizer which was yummy. Table cloth was huge white paper which kids got to draw and color with crayons. Very kid friendly place!

good thin crust pizza, better in restraurant, not very good take-out in my opinion.

We go for lunch often, food is consistently good as is the service. Lunch specials of a salad and a pizza for two is great deal. Manager is always making sure things are right.

I LOVE this place. It is low key, has a friendly staff, some creative entertainment while you wait(crayons and pizza dough) and really solid food. The wedge salad is GREAT and I’m not even a fan of bleu cheese. Overall this is great family place to eat with tasty food.

Man I love this place! Moved away from Dallas a few years back, and this is the one place the wife and I have to go when we visit! Pizza is great, that appetizer bread is awesome, and the service is always right.

Pazzo’s is really delicious! Not sure what my favorite is though? Hmmmm… wedge salad with tons of blue cheese and bacon, a sandwich maybe, or the delicious soup, or perhaps their wood-fired pizza that’s made to order, or last but not least their pasta dishes?! Honestly you can’t go wrong with any choice you make here! I love how they give raw pizza dough to the kiddos along with crayons to draw on the tablecloth(made of paper if you want to keep your artwork) yet Mom/Dad can have a beer or glass of wine while munching on the focaccia that’s given to each table. The owner is very sweet and accommodating, always around to ask if everything is okay with your service and your meal. My ONLY negative comment would be about the portion sizes, as I do believe they’ve gotten a bit smaller, especially with the pasta and pizza. The wedge salad though, it’s HUGE and fresh… might want to share that one. Also to share are their desserts, which are enormous. The chocolate cake is as big as my head lol! All-in-all, we love Pazzos as will you… give it a try and eat local!

Food was decent but overpriced. I got the chicken Alfredo and it costs $ 9.99. However the portion was no more than $ 6.00 worth. Really disappointed. The taste was nothing special. The wife got the pizza and it was average at best. I don’t understand why this place got such high marks. I don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Vito’s across the street is much better.

Tasty food and GREAT lunch specials, we were pleasantly surprised to find this place that seems as-yet undiscovered by our coworkers. Excellent value for tasty food, though not the kind you’ll be taking special trips for on the weekends, I think.

The kids did not get their dough or crayons. The drinks were not refilled. We never got the bread. Austin was almost very biased. Never going back to this place again. I wish I could give negative stars.

We tried Pazzo last night, hoping for a great woodfired pizza. We left pretty disappointed. For us any good pizza starts with a great dough/crust. What passes for crust at Pazzo is something I’d describe as a stale Saltine cracker, but with less flavor. Most pizza places will make their dough well in advance so that it has time to develop some flavor. At Pazzo you get a super white, floury, barely baked flatbread that tastes like it was thrown together minutes before being put into the oven. Now I do love very thin pizzas, but places that can do it right will usually put the pizza in an oven hot enough to give it a nice char in some places. If that’s what you’re after, skip this place. The toppings were also a let down. I got the 4 Fromaggi and my wife for the Prosciutto. The cheese they were using was definitely nothing special, I get much more flavor from the pizzas I make at home. The other thing we really disliked was the ambiance, or rather, lack thereof. There were TVs everywhere. This place could have so much more going for it if they just dimmed the lights a bit and got rid of all the TVs. On a positive note, the service was very friendly.

Decent food but nothing exceptional. Service is good. The mushroom soup good but i didn’t like the pomodoro. Guess I like regular tomato soup instead to the cream based ones. The 4 formaggi pizza was my favorite. Love the combination of cheeses on it. The BLT was good but I didn’t like the raw lettuce on it. There’re lots more to try. I’ll be back.

Came here for lunch. Ordered lunch pizza with pepperoni. It was thin crust, delicious. Also got the wedge salad. The wedge is too big to be a side salad for me; however it was perfection. Service is so so, no big gaffes to complain about. But the servers seem spread a little thin. Fresh Parmesan was a nice touch and appreciate an establishment that carries genuine Sweet. ‘N Low!

My hubby brought me food from here yesterday. Oh goodness… Waste of $ 10. First off all someone needs to send their employees overseas first to have an idea what pizza should be like. Hubby brought me a quattro formaggi(aka 4 cheese) pizza. Rubbery crust, absolutely no tomato base, bland & flavorless cheese. No seasonings, not even a hint of oregano. None of the cheese had any real flavor to it. Size was very small. I had to use ketchup(a big no no) to add some flavor. One would think if the name has«wood fire» in it then they use wood. Wrong guess. I’m angry at myself for not letting hubby buy pizza from the italian place in Bartonville. Would never EVER return here. Waste of money.

Order a white pizza(it’s not on the menu) and add chicken to it. YUM. Thin, crisp crust and flavorful toppings. The pizza was made to order, made fresh and tasted great. I can’t believe I lived in FloMo for so long and never went here!!! I no longer live in the area, but if/when I’m in that neck of the woods I’m definitely going to be a loyal visitor!

Food was less than mediocre in quality, presentation and taste. Service friendly, price cheap — which it should be for hard, stale«crust,» which is the same tasteless, rubbery matzoh they put out as free«bread» before the meal. Signature house salad w shrimp was a bowl of uncut lettuce, cucumber and TINY frozen(thawed) shrimp – not fresh or seasoned or grilled. We go to Palio’s pizza café often, and now I know why never to try a bad knockoff next to Palio’s. No comparison. we expect at least decent thin-crust pizza w flavor, charred crust, authentic sauce. None of that here. And what’s w all the TVs playing the Food Network?!? To distract us from the crap on our plate so we can salivate over real Italian food on tv? Isn’t the point of dining out to spend quality time w friends/family over conversation and savory cuisine?

Thin crust pizza with fresh mozzarella! YUMMY. They serve great Neapolitan pizzas. Mushroom soup was also good. If you order pizza, you can order really good wedge salad only for $ 2.29. Must order! They complementary serve rosemary pizza with tomato sauce. GOOD! For little ones they give you small pizza dough.

I was worried that the only pizza I’d be able to find in Dallas was New York style. Nothing against NY style, but sometimes you want a pizza with a wafer thin crust that’s been torched in a blast furnace so it’s cracker crispy. Pazzo was perfect. I had the four cheese, wifey had the one with corn, which she couldn’t stop raving about. Only drawback was the server we had needed a bit more training.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s great to find a place that is NOT a chain in Flower Mound, or anywhere near Dallas, for that matter. They have a real wood fired oven. Soups were delicious and house-made, flavorful and good on a chilly day. The salads were also fresh, but they sounded more flavorful in the menu than they were in actuality. The Port Wine salad is supposed to come with a port wine reduction, pears, walnuts, and parmesan cheese. I found mostly lettuce, and a basic vinaigrette dressing — if there were pears or walnuts, they must have been hidden. The big disappointment for me was the pizza. Despite the wood oven, there was no real char on the crust, and the tomato sauce lacked punch. The cheese they use don’t melt enough, so it’s like making a pizza at home, where the cheese is just sort of lukewarm. I think they could be better — but they need to find someone who knows how to make good, thin-crust pizza! Service is friendly with the owner pitching in from time to time. I’ll probably give them another shot.
