Oh my… The food was fine and the service was fine… But when we went to pay and we had a Groupon the manager was a witch!!! Very, very rude and disrespectful!!! We will NEVER go back after being treated like that!!! So sad that people running something have no management and people skills.

It has been almost four months since that visit and my experience was a completely the opposite. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the more experienced waitstaff. I considered that a good omen which ended up being true. Unlike my last visit when no one came to take my beverage order, I had two. As soon one went to the kitchen with it, another asked for it. I appreciate the backup. The pancake of the month is strawberry cheesecake, but I ordered the loaded baby breakfast burritos with chorizo. Unlike the other options on the regular menu, the three burritos is the right amount of food for me. I’ve never felt as if I had overeaten or still hungry. I don’t know if my previous October visit was a glitch or the owners had a discussion with the staff. What’s important is that my visit today had let me to look forward to my next visit here and it will definitely be sooner than four months.

I can’t really rate their food since we didn’t actually eat there. We went in on a Saturday morning around 1030am — they said a5−10mn wait. I wasn’t starving, so we left our name. As we sat down, we noticed 6 empty tables. Odd … then a party of 5 came in and were seated. ??? Maybe they had a reservation? We sat a little longer — then asked why the wait since there were open tables? Hostess said there was a backup of tickets in the kitchen and they were trying to catch up. We decided to leave. I don’t understand why they would leave customers sitting in the waiting area with visibly open tables. We could have been seated and told the kitchen was a little backed up — maybe even provided coffee on the house. Just seemed like bad customer service. We will probably go back to give the food a try. We went to Jake’s across the way and had a fabulous breakfast, with no wait even though there were 6 open tables.

Well when they have a catering van with a flat tire outside that should tell you enough to go else where. This place is far from special and how it’s still relevant surprises me.

Came here for Sunday brunch around 1230/1pm. Food was ok. Place was not clean. Restrooms very dirty. I would not come back to this location. Very dated. Staff was friendly at least.

Always great food but the service can be slow. It’s not ideal if you are in a hurry but it’s a great choice if you want excellent breakfast or lunch food and have time to visit or just chillax. Some items are overpriced and the sparse green walls have never drawn me in but I go for the food so the rest is relatively insignificant.

I love Le Peep! Friendly service, solid menu, and a cozy atmosphere. Outstanding breakfast food — try the Nutella crêpe. The BLT is out of this world! I also love the coffee– hazelnut is my favorite. You can even get it to go! Le Peep is my favorite breakfast for lunch and BLT spot!

A friend and I have eaten here twice in the past two weeks. Mid morning during the week we enjoyed a nice leisurely breakfast with great service and good food. Everything we had was good and the banana walnut pancakes were extra yummy.

Have come to love this place. Excellent service every time. And their french toast is fantastic. Their breakfast scramblesare good, and their sandwiches are large. We go a couple times a month. And I just started exploring the menu more. No disappointments now.

We have been here twice and both nice experiences. Our waiter, David was very kind and very attentive. I’ve had eggs Benedict and the lumberjack breakfast. Benedict was amazing. I ordered my lumberjack with scrambled eggs, 2 turkey sausages, 2 blueberry pancakes, and it comes with potatoes on side. My other half ordered some orange juice and man was it fresh! They serve blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberry syrup… I was in heaven and pancakes are large and so fluffy. The egg was light and fluffy as well. I wasn’t as crazy for the sausage and potatoes. Sausage kind of dry and potatoes lacked flavor. I couldn’t eat it all so got a to-go box and feasted the next day for breakfast too! Overall I was satisfied and hope to be back.

Love this breakfast spot. Sassy apples?! Sooo good. French toast is excellent! Great portions and decent prices. Always have had great service too. Lots of breakfast and brunch spots, but this one is my favorite.

Food was meh. Portions weren’t that big. We didn’t like the atmosphere. It’s very open, kinda weird. And it was HOT in there. We’d rather spend our money on breakfast elsewhere.

This place has gone downhill. The service has gotten even slower and more crappy. It wasn’t busy this morning. There were 5 tables and 2 servers. Took more than 10 mins to get our water. There wasn’t ketchup on my table so I asked for some. Took so long that I decided to eat without the ketchup because my meal was getting cold. When I did get the ketchup, the seal on the inside wasn’t removed. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there. Took longer to get out because the server didn’t know how to work the credit card machine. Won’t RTE!

Le Peep may have started with a great concept, but ended up a mediocre diner. The menu styling and dishes offered sound like they would be a cut above the rest, but the food itself doesn’t live up to the promise of the menu. For example, they have a seasonal menu, but the ingredients don’t seem very ‘seasonal’; and instead are a rehashing of what’s already offered but with a different name. They have a proliferation of dishes that really just use the same ingredients over and over and are very similar to each other, and the food itself is not that great. Their food is strikingly salty. Unnecessarily salty. Gooey buns sound amazing and would be… if you made them yourself at home. But I found the ‘Pampered Eggs’ dishes to be pretty good, and their pancakes here are fluffy and nice. Service has been generally okay here. You’ll have a pleasant morning if you don’t pitch your expectations too high, or if you can find that one dish that just hits the spot for you.

I give this place a 4 out of 5 because our food has always been good, proportions are a decent size, service is pretty friendly, and I agree that it has a nice small diner feel. It beats the Pancake house for sure(except for the one in Temecula, CA — that one was AWESOME). The biscuits and gravy and potatoes are good. The pancakes are good — not fantastic … they taste like they are corn meal based rather than buttermilk(which I prefer), but still good. I like the quality of bacon — I can’t stand it when you get thin low quality bacon, lol. My daughter got a piece of sausage last time, which we didn’t care for. I’ve not been to Old West Café yet, but my husband raves about this place. He says Old West beats LePeep. However, I’ve attempted to eat at Old West 3X now but the wait was always over an hour. At LePeep we have never waited more than 5 mins to get a table. I appreciate the crowd diversity as well. This has become a frequent breakfast stop for our family.

This is a nice small hometown feeling restaurant. I had the California Turkey sandwich. It was really good and presented well. I also had the texas pecan coffee which was great. Lunch on adverage is about $ 8 – 9 a dish.

Had breakfast here with some friends; it was my first visit to this Le Peep and possibly my first for the chain. I was greeted very warmly by Ava, our server, upon my arrival(I was the first). I asked for coffee; she offered regular, hazelnut or pecan(I chose the latter). The coffee arrived quickly, along with the requested cream and Splenda packets. After mixing my cuppa, I found it be OK from a flavor and strength perspective, but it was clear that I hadn’t accidentally stepped into nearby Starbucks. Moving on to the meal, I selected the Gooey Buns and migas(asking her to go light on the tortilla strips). The Gooey Buns were a little disappointing in that the butter and brown sugar/cinnamon were kind of a «foamy» topping and not really soaked into the muffin, but they tasted decent with a schmear of the accompanying cream cheese. The migas were served with skillet potatoes that didn’t seem as though they had really seen a skillet or griddle; I focused on the migas, which featured thin jalapeño slices, cheese, eggs, onion and a little side of refried beans. The menu-promised salsa didn’t arrive, but there was a bottle of Tabasco on the table, which I prefer with eggs anyway. As for the taste, well, again, it was OK. The eggs didn’t have a lot of body to them, and the avocado seemed MIA as well. Bottom line, Unilocal showed this place as literally the only«good for breakfast» restaurant in Flower Mound, and was good for our purpose, but aside from the stellar and very friendly service, the food wasn’t that memorable.
