Sweet tea is sweet and bottomless and hot dogs are great. Homemade chili, homemade slaw, on a toasted bun. Service is excellent very friendly people.

Stopped by for breakfast hoping to help local business. Was not greeted when entered. Caffeine coffee was not available and was told it would be ready shortly. We waited at least 10 minutes without being served. We were never given a menu or asked what we might want to eat. Other people were served while we waited while we were ignored. We left and never intend to return. Actually doesn’t even deserve one star.

Better than fast food, but not a lot is homemade. Skip the onion rings, fries and hash browns. But if you’re hungry and want a quick casual place for a meal its a quaint spot! But in my opinion, frozen fries and onion rings are NOT homemade! They need to take down the big sign out front if the food is not homemade.

I have been working in the area the past few days and this café is on my way to work. They open super early and with my 7:30AM start time, that was a huge plus. The service was awesome. Very fast and super friendly. I stopped here 2 days in a row and had the exact same thing. Grits and a biscuit and gravy. Not the healthiest but certainly the fastest. The first day everything was really good. Day 2, the grits were way too watery and flavorless. Grits is my fave for breakfast so I am super picky. The prices are cheap and they were pretty crowded both mornings.
